In case there is any confusion, here is a step by step guide:

Step by Step TRL Voting:

1) Go here:

2) Pause the video on the upper left side of the screen (saves a lot of annoyance).

3) On the right side of the screen there will be a box that says "Vote Now" or "You have already Voted" at the top.

IF YOU RECEIVE A MESSAGE SAYING YOU HAVE ALREADY VOTED, you need to take care of your MTV cookies -

4) After deleting your cookies, either refresh the TRL page or open it in a new window. Now when you click vote the message saying you have already voted should not appear.

5) On the right side of the screen there are bubbles w/ artists names and artists videos. Scroll down to find Elliott's name (he is between The Game and Good Charlotte). Click the bubble besides his name and go down to the bottom of the box and click "Sign in and vote". If you have trouble scrolling, make sure your window is maximized

6) Log in w/ your MTV name and password and click sign in. If you haven't made an MTV name yet, click on JOIN and follow the instructions in the pop up.

7) After this the screen will say "Thanks for voting"! Now you can vote again by clicking "Vote" that is at the top of a list of words just to the right of the picture in the center of the screen. You can vote as many times as you want as long as this window is left open. If you close the window and then open it to vote again it will say you have already voted you will need to delete your cookies as the website above details.

I would love to help with the voting at TRL, but I can't get the full vote screen to come up....and I have my screen maximized. Anyone else having this problem? And I can't scroll down to Elliott's name.

ME TOO.....that is exactly what happens to me.
I "want' to help vote,,,, but can't!

Does anyone know for certain that multiple votes CAN count for this site? Even if you erase cookies, you're signing in with the same account. It would be relatively easy to for them to keep us all to one vote in the final tally.
