BURN E's Cd for him......he was like i almost bought elliotts cd last night then thought hey you could burn it for me....I looked at him with a glare and said NO....I WILL NOT BURN ELLIOTT'S CD....I WILL NOT TAKE AWAY FROM HIS SALES IF YOU WANT ELLIOTTS CD YOU WILL GO BUY IT..... he was like ok i will....i told him if it was ne other cd yea....but i would never burn and Elliott cd for someone. If they love him enough they will buy it. I think my boyfriend realized how obbsessed i was today lol.

omigod amanda, a girl from work just asked me the same thing! I told her she wasnt getting her hands on mine ,told her to go buy it. i told her its on sale in walmart this week for 11.88.
i dont have a cd burner, so i really have never given any thought to what it means to the artists! Now I know!

I don't know about elsewhere, but in Richmond, Target's price is $9.98 and it has better bonus tracks than Walmart's. (Walmart's is higher here, too)

I understand the problem, but I'm afraid I am going to burn a CD for the girl I share the office with. She's been going along on the ride with me ever since she came to work at our company, and has had sepia Elliott staring at her whenever my desktop is up...she actually thinks he's pretty good, which surprises me, because she's young and hip and has lousy speakers on her computer where she played the disk. I was actually so embarrassed about the sound from the speakers that I braced myself for her answer when I asked "Well, did you like any of the songs" and then she said, very enthusiastically, "All of them!"
She's going through a divorce from a nonpaying husband and has two little kids and a lot better things to spend money on, and I could tell she wanted to ask me to burn her a disk but felt funny about it. So she'll get one from me. I'd order one for her from Amazon myself, but I don't feel like waiting to give it to her.

But I am going to ask her not to burn it for anyone else, and to tell people to order from Amazon if they're interested.

up here in nj, it was 9.98 at target last week. i went in on sunday, and the price this week is 14.99! yea, i agree i like the target one better than walmart, but the itunes is the BEST! cause of Whiter Shade of Pale
