VH1 CONTACTED ME WITH THE NEWS OF ELLIOTT'S VIDEO NOW BEING AVAILABLE ON VH1.

A GROUP OF US HAVE BEEN WRITING IN ON THE WILD CARD FOR ELLIOTT'S VIDEO. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ELLIOTT'S VIDEO TO BE SEEN AND HEARD.

Tara, with all due respect and appreciation for your effort, he's not gotten the Wildcard vote. His video has appeared on VH1 because it's a commercial video of a "hot" R&B artist. MTV owns VH1, Elliott's had success with his single, it was an inevitability.

Sure, sign up for a newsletter if you haven't already but the real work begins now, to get him voted VIA the WILDCARD vote into the Top 20 Countdown.

Once Elliott is chosen (from the bottom fill in portion) and appears on the list he'll get the benefit of votes from other fanbases (because he will probably go in as cold and they won't feel he's a threat when they complete the survey). I understand that Daughtry fans have said they will throw him some votes but I think anyone who believes that Daughtry fans are going to be filling in "ELLIOTT YAMIN" "WAIT FOR YOU" over and over instead of just clicking on their guys name has ...well...more faith in non-competitiveness than I do.

WE HAVE TO DO THIS. I've already put down approx 50 votes for him, so I'm challenging the rest of you to do the same and give him a hotshot debut onto that countdown!

I received a personal e-mail from the office of a VH1 agent informing me of the video being up and it included Elliott's page link. My only contact with VH1 has been through the Wild Card vote.That was my only contact with VH1, so with all due respect I know that my contact with them was noticed. And I do know VH1 and MTV are connected. There was no page for Elliott or a video. Requesting his video prompted them to put it up.

Elliott Yamin was not to be found anywhere at all as an artist on VH1. An artist search was impossible because he was not even listed.

I believe we all should vote the Wild Card now since Elliott's video is now a part of VH1 and Elliott Yamin is now listed as an artist .

Signing up for news on Elliott is a good sign that many fans are interested in Elliott. They do have stats on who visits what artists pages and what videos are watched. This is a great way to send a message to VH1 that Elliott has many fans. That is why these pages are up on the net .

Overall...you're both looking for the same outcome...getting Elliott's Video played.

We NEED to be voting our tails off on the VH1 countdown using the Wild Card vote. Everyone needs to do that as much as they can each and every day. Visiting his artist page and playing his video won't hurt any, either. Ultimately, I think the voting is most important right now, though...because if we can get him on that countdown then other people who don't know about him will get interested too. We need new fans for stable sales and requests. We can't do this all by ourselves, so pulling in new fans is crucial.

We should all vote heavy on Wild Card now that Elliott is recognized as an artist finally. Here is the link. Vote and then hit Rank em' again on the top and vote again . We can do this . It is a great opportunity for Elliott.
