I have been looking for a couple of days now, but for the life of me, I cannot find Elliott's video???????? HELP!

I found it through their Power Search feature. I was searching for some videos, and, out of curiosity, I typed in Elliott's name and the video was listed.

I bought WFY video on Friday. I usually have to play iTunes videos in Quicktime because they buffer too much when I play them in iTunes. It was playing fine then. I tried to play it today and got video but no sound. I had my speakers turned on and my sound setting was not set on mute. Anyone have any idea what I could do?

There was an iTunes update a short time ago. Perhaps you can check that.

My Quicktime is 7.1.3
My iTunes is 7.0.1.8

Is there an iTunes version that is even higher than the one I currently have?

I updated iTunes. New Quicktime came with that. But Quicktime still does not have any sound. I checked preferences of Quicktime and the playback is grayed out. Only the recording option is showing up.

I can't remember how I fixed that. It happened a while ago and it had to do with another application. Try versiontracker.com and see if you can find help there. I may have had to pick Quicktime as my default player.

I just played it within the iTunes window. It played in the bottom left corner. Could you do that?
