I put this up for someone who asked about other bonus songs awhile back. I was lazy and just put it to one picture, but anywho....here it is:

Thanks so much LC, I hadn't heard Elliott sing SYN yet, it sounded great! And I don't mind looking at the lovely Elliott picture, it's very easy on the eyes. :thud:

WOW, this is the first time that I've heard this outstanding song! Thanks, Ladycentaur. Thanks, Elliott! I have always known THAT YOU ARE THE ONE AND ONLY GIFTED SONG STYLIST IN THE WHOLE MILKY WAY GALAXY!

I hadn't heard it either. That was great. Thanks!

First time I heard it too. I vaguely remember the original version. This is a great type of song for his voice and style. Hope he can find more like this where it isn't a remake.

I owned the original song when Terence Trent D'Arby sang it. I was a huge fan of TTD back then. Elliott sings it great! :D

SYN was okay, but I would love -- like, "I would rip off my right arm and beat myself with it if I thought it would get me what I want"-love -- to hear him do "If You Let Me Stay."

Actually, that could be a fun thread, if we don't already have something like it: an Elliott Imaginary Request Line. Which songs would you love to hear Elliott cover and why?

Thank you so much for uploading SYN, ladycentaur!!

Thanks for posting, ladycentaur. "Introducing the Hardline ..." is one of my favorite albums of all time and I have been wanting to hear this bonus track. Elliott's vocal was great, as usual, but I wish the song would have been done as a ballad like the original. "Dance Little Sister," "If You Let Me Stay," or "Wishing Well" would have been good uptempo cover choices.

WOW! :thud: Thank you so much for posting that. In my opinionm that is his best track, yet! Loved it!

I LOVE the imaginary request line idea! Maybe Elliott will peruse it one day and make a selection!

"I love the record, but right now, I'm already setting my sights on what I want to accomplish next. For 'Elliott Yamin,' I knew I had to play things a little safe. But for my next one, I want to do something that's really left field," Yamin said.

is anyone else getting goosebumps.... :awe:

Maybe some jazzy, bluesy stuff on the next album!
