Thanks for the awesome videos, yellin! Yeah baby!!! E has really come so far as a live performer... his amazing voice has always been there, and now he seems so comfortable in front of the crowd. It's incredible to see him live!!!

ok, well here is my NJ story, and it may just be a book, so be prepared...lol;)

First let me give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Chloe, for letting me stay with you and for being so gracious, and kind to me as always. You are very special in yellin's little ol' heart, and your family is just wonderful!! I also want to say THANK You to "Auntie" Sheryl, and E's brother Scott...well, you know why!! And to everyone I met, saw and spent time with over the weekend, you are all just a little piece of this family, and you are all so WONDERFUL;)

K, well I will just start out with when we got to the venue;) We pulled in and noticed no one was around, but there were some young girls coming over, and going around the back of the building, so Chloe thought..huh..maybe his bus is here already, (this was about 4:15 or so) so we drive around the back and there it is!! We were flippen out and poor Chloe didn't know what to do first..lol;) Do we set up the etrain? Do we get outr camera's out? Do we get something for him to sign? Do we get his gift to give to him? Well we ended up talking to his brother Scott, who got off the bus, and he said that E was sleepin still and would be off later. Chloe introduced her friend Kim and I to Scott, and I think he had heard about me, cause he said "so your yellin?" or something like that, and I said "yep...and I got a tattoo..wanna see?" and I showed him the etrain tattoo...he was like


:blink: :crazy: lolllllllll;) he was like WOWWWWWWWWWW...;) so anyway, we unloaded alot of stuff, set up the train under an place where it wouldn't get rained on, (it kept raining on and off), and set up food, and blasted E's music..hehehe;) Poor E had to sleep to the sound of his own voice!! About an hour or so later, I saw E get off the bus, but he went straight into the building with a couple of other guys, from his band, so we thought we weren't gonna see him..but...... about a half an hour later, he came out with Scott!! Ok, here is where it gets to hard to put the actual vibe, the feeling of it all into words, because let me just tell ANY of you, that have yet to meet the man, that he is absolutely, the most down to earth, sweetest, most GENUINE person that your could ever imagine...SERIOUSLY!! I have had the pleasure of meeting him very briefly a couple of times before, and one of them I got out famous "rocker pic" but I was a mess, and it was so rushed, and still, in those extremely BRIEF moments, you could FEEL the warmth in that man's heart and his soul. THIS TIME though, we got to really hang out with him and TALK to him, and I felt like I was talking to a friend I had known forever, he just puts you so at ease...almost even makes YOU feel like YOU are the special one..ya know? So the very first thing I said to him was "hi Elliott..could you sign this now very famous pic?" and showed him the um "older" rocker pic, and he was like "omgggg the CROWE POSE!!" wow YES!! and I then told him that I got a tattoo, of the etrain and he said "you know what, Brandon E-mailed me a pic of it, and I have it on my computer! and I THINK he said as his screen saver...but I was thinking it was so sweet of a little "bird" (caw caw Crowe) to share that with E, that I was on cloud 9;) so he signed my old rocker photo...which is of course, in my post at the beginning;) Elliott was so sweet to everyone. There was probably about 15-20 of us hanging around, and he took his time with EVERYONE;) Then Chloe and I got to talk to him for a while more, and asked him if he got his gift (we gave Scott a bag to give to Elliott, with an "UNDERDOG" T-shirt and a book called "I knew you COULD!" kinda like the little engine that could..only this engine DID!!! He told me how much he loved that T-shirt and how he always loved the cartoon. I told him I picked it out (but chloe did get it though!!..omg I owe you money for that...LORDDD!!) because he is always calling himself (and a lot of fans are too) the "underdog" only now, he is one with a SUPER CAPE!! I also asked him if he wanted to see the tattoo in person, and he said YES! so I showed it to him, and he was blown away;) He said "is that really PERMANENT?" and I said "well YES, I now have the train and your initials on me FOREVER!!" he was like wowwwwwww..and so was scott who was beside him, and I told him it was all good, because I hope he knows the reason I got it was because he has absolutely the most AMAZING fans...EVER on the planet. I said "I hope you honestly know just how Amazing Brandon, and everyone on the train is Elliott" and he kind of put both of his hands on my shoulders and looked right at me and said "trust me, I do" ...awwwwwwww;) I got lots of hugs, and laughs, and took some pics...here are those...and I will continue with the SHOW and AFTER story...later;)

Girl, thanks for all the details...now, that's what I call a recap, lol!! I know it's not finished..but, I wanted to thank you for narrating the event. It's like reading a book and I feel like I was there!! And I also want to thank you for giving kudos to Brandon who has been a key person on the Etrain!! Brandon is truly amazing and has Elliott's and the Etrain's best interest on hand!! And thank you for such dedication to Elliott and the Etrain!! Of course, there's a lot of Etrainers who are such E-mazing people (Chloe, are you listening?) and kudos to all of you as well (you guys know who you are!!)

I can only verify a gazillion percent of what Yellin is saying about the kind of person Elliott is.A kind person, a gentleman, and a gentle man, so UNassuming and down to earth. He is absolutely mesmerizing, and he doesn't even know it!
I mean, we seriously just hung out with him for like an hour +. It felt like we were standing around my living room or something. At one point, I said to him that this whole thing just seems surreal, and his response was "Yea tell me about it, I still pinch myself, I can't believe it!I mean, did he ever think that his Sharpies would run out of ink every concert????That's what I am gonna ask him tomorrow! Think I'll go buy him a new one. BTW, note to future concert goers....BRING HIM AT LEAST 1 SILVER SHARPIE, IT WORKS THE BEST ON HIS CD!
And Yellin, you don't owe me for the shirt, cause I owed you for the book, so lets just call it even.
Let me just say that one of my favorite movies of all time is Dirty Dancing, and in it Johnny says this about "baby", it 's something I always think when Elliott come s to mind...

Hey yellin...great story...great pictures...the now famous one and the new one are cool (plus you got one with old teeth and new teeth!!)

I was right behind you when you were walking out after the show but didn't have the nerve to say anything to you. I can't figure out why this thing gets to me the way it does...I freeze up and think people are going to think I'm strange or something...

I should just pay more attention to the lyrics of FREE I guess...

Ok...so to continue the story....


We waited in line, in the rain, for a good hour or so, and finally got in about 7:45 or so. Chloe and me, made it up to the front of the venue, and were to the right of Elliott, right in front of Russell;) Our feet were
killing us as we had been on them for a good 4 hours at this point with out sitting, and then we waited and waited for the first act to come on, and she had an awesome girl drummer...LIKE ME!!! She was really good;) Then we waited...forever...lol, for Josh to come on, and he has such a beautiful voice too, and is such a character!! He talked all about E in between songs and he was like .."like..Oh my GOD, that Elliott, has such BEAUTIFUL curls..and his smile, is soooooo GORGEOUS!! LOLLLLLL!!! (talking in like a teenage girls voice!) Then he said he and E had the perfect relationship....heheheeeee;) he did about 6-7 songs, and then we waited..........and THE PLACE WAS A ROCKIN' when E opened up with ALRIGHT!! I know I videoed it, but I apologize for the quality as I was gettin DOWNNNN with my bad self!! Elliott has grown 10 fold as a performer, and it seems now like the stage is his HOME, where he is comfortable, and meant to be;) To be able to see the transformation from AI audition to NOW....well, let me just say I am humbled, and feel privileged beyond all words. Elliott's set in NJ (as you can see from all of the wonderful videos from fellow etrainers etc) was PERFECTION PERSONAFIED!! You can see in my I'm In Love With You Forever video how he comes over and waves to my camera and winks, and someone else posted a video of his Wait for You performance (which actually gave me a WHOLE new respect for this song, because LIVE...it is BREATH taking...) where towards the end he walks over by Russell and grabs my hand and Chloe's and a few other girls;) My 6 year old son saw the video today, and said "just great mom, you have another boyfriend now don't ya? Well at least it is Elliott..." BWAHHHHHHH!!! His set list was (in no particular order) Alright, I'm the Man, Take My Breath Away, Train Wreck, Living For the City, Little Ghetto Boy, I'm in Love with you Forever, Find A Way, Movin On, Wait For You, One Word, and A Song For You. You know what one of the most BEAUTIFUL sounds I have EVER heard is, besides E singing...the ENTIRE crowd chanting ELLIOTT, ELLIOTT, ELLIOTT, over and over to get him to come back out for an encore;) To be in his shoes and to hear that...I can only imagine;) A song for you Live, at the end..was MAGICAL!!! I was honestly covered in goosebumps, chills, and was in tears. It was a combination of EVERYTHING, how far he has come, the confidence he exuded, the crowd, being in the front row, and being BLESSED enough to watch it happen for him....let me tell you, I don't take ONE MOMENT of my life for granted, and I will remember that song, for a lifetime. When all was said and done, and the crowd started to leave, Chloe and I went to the T-shirt stand and I bought myself and my daughter a shirt..and a SPECIAL one for my mom, that I was hoping to have Elliott sign;) We were blessed enough to be able to go backstage after, and there were only about 12 of us, and It took every bit of will power and strength in me not to start BAWLING when he walked in that room and said "HI YA'LL!!" Bless his heart, he was DRENCHEDDDDD in sweat!! He came around to each of us, and when he got to me, I told him I was so damn (pardon lol) proud of him and gave him a hugeeeee hug, and he apologized for being all sweaty, but hey, I got lots of Elliott DNA on that Yellin shirt, and that can NEVER be a bad thing, right? He took his time talking to everyone, and signing autographs, and Scott came in with a small group of children who he was sooooooo sweet with and he took pics and signed their CD's and thanked them so much for their support;) Elliott for PRESIDENT anyone?? Then I asked him if he could sign the shirt for my mom, ( I had told him earlier how she wanted DESPERATELY to be there but couldn't make it) and he said DEFINETELY!! He signed it, and told me to say '"hi to mom" ;) At one point he talked to us about the AI performance and how he didn't understand why Ryan was so upset with him saying he like PORSCHE'S, until, he checked his phone later, to find lots of messages...not from PORSCHE, but from Ford telling him THANKS ALOT for supporting THEM...lollll;) I actually caught a bit of him talking about it on video..wanna see?

Anyway, we got to spend some wonderful time with him, and he is just...well, he is everything AND SO MUCH MORE;) Scott kept coming in and trying so hard to ask us nicely to move it on out, as some others wanted to come in from the rain and say hi...so I started to leave and Scott was like "I will show you where to go" I said "well I can't go anywhere without Chloe" who was still chattin' it up with E...loll;) Scott asked me if I made my shirt and I told him Chloe did and he said it was Crazy;) I said "more crazy than my tattoo?" and he said " nooooo now THAT is crazy!!" then he noticed Chloe and a few others still dilly-dallyin' so he went back AGAIN..and I said "Scott listen, you need to stop being so darn nice and tell them to get the "F" out" and I just said the letter F..not the word..then Scott said "Tell em to get the F*** out?" I said YEAH!! lollll;) (he said the word, he is badddddd!!) anyway, then Chloe actually went out ahead of me and E was standing alone in the doorway to the backstage room and I hollered back to him, Thank you for everything E! and he walked up to me and hugged me AGAIN..and said NO, thank YOU! and as he started to walk with me towards where I had to leave, he said "I will see you Tuesday right?" and I told him, "no I am sorry, I have kiddos at home to take care of and that was the only show I could make" and stopped dead in his tracks and made that sweet pouty face!!! awwww;) He put his arm around me and walked with me and said "It was so nice to see you again, thank you again for all of your support, it means the world" and I gave him one last hug and as he started to walk back..I yelled (hey my name ain't yellin' for nuttin') BEST of luck with the rest of the TOUR E AND GOD BLESS!) and blew him a kiss, and that was that;) A perfect ending to the most AMAZING night EVER!!!!! Chloe and I and Kim spent the ride home just in awe of the day...how lucky we were, how precious and glorious Elliott was, and how Elliott's fans, are really just an extension of his gracious, warm heart;) I will leave you with this...

Whenever I think my life is a "Train Wreck" and I feel like "Movin' On" to a better place, I stop at look at what I HAVE, not what I don't, and I know that I will be "Alright." I will always "Find A Way" in a world where Elliott Yamin continues to "Take My Breath Away." To sum it up in "One Word" ...all I can say is..."E" mazingggg!!
