My daughter went to the Philly concert last night and said Elliott was simply amazing. She couldn't believe how great his voice was. She said he didn't miss a single note. The highlight for her was his rendition of "Livin' for the City." He sang ASFY for his encore performance. One of her friends who'd never really listened to Elliott before said he couldn't understand why Elliott didn't win because he can "sing rings around Taylor Hicks." Well, we already knew that, didn't we? :grin:
She also said that Josh Hage, the singer who opened for him, said that Elliott is absolutely the nicest person he's ever met. We knew that, too! :iloveit:
Philly was one of the 4 shows I attended and it was definitely a great one :) I concur with all of the above.
