Oh, and I was a bit concerned that Denver's high altitude would affect Elliott's performance and frame of mind. Glad that it all turned out A-okay.

Elliott was perfection!! Not a missed lyric, not a bad note, just perfect and while I know he's got pipes, wow, listening to him live....unbelievable. As tired as I was after the show, I could not fall asleep. Today, I'm totally in withdrawal and desperately needing to see him again. My dh who has claimed I am seriously and out-of-control obsessed said he'd consider going with me the next time after I told him how incredible Elliott was live and how good the band is.

Josh is too cute and his set was really enjoyable!!!

Elliott and some of the band were dribbling a basketball around when we arrived at the venue so we got to say hi and get a few autographs. Jaime was there as well and I told her how much we appreciated her taking care of Elliott and watching out for his best interests. She is beautiful and they are so very lucky to have eachother. She said he really is the one that takes care of her. :) I got a few autographs on my cd from band members and I have to say Russell is just tooooooo cute!!! He wondered how I knew his name...duh...radio tour that E-Trainers followed closely. LOL He said the did a radio interview earlier in the day so I'll have check for a podcast of it. Elliott is very good-looking IRL (read, HAWT!). Beautiful skin, smile, curls and oh, the blue eyes. He had a red, white & blue head/sweat band on and was just so very cute!

I believe there was a full house which is great because I don't think there was a lot of publicity for the show. We were just in front of the stage and from our perspective it was a loud crowd, mixed ages, genders. Elliott appeals to so many. Some of JudyP's friends were big Taylor fans and they agreed Elliott put on a really good show (but we know it is actually great not good).

I'll be curious if there will be any reviews.

Elliott did say during the show that it was hard to catch his breath and Jaime told JudyP's mom that he was having a hard time w/ the thin air.

I'm glad Tammy did a recap. I'll add more later. I have to tell you - hanging out with wowhesgood (Tammy) and ithadtobu (Carol) at this show was one of the best times I've had in my life - but I always say this about every E-experience - they are all great. we had so much fun. love the etrainers!!

Holy Cow. My Cheri Amor--how much did E sound like Stevie? That was SCARY--I mean WOW!!

Yes, he was shaven but had clipped stubble, very sexy. And, yes it was a stripper on his shirt. I kept looking at it during the show to figure it out (i.e. where the red sparkles were and what they represented).

I have to say, E-Trainers are the most generous friendly folks!! JudyP offered her place for Carol and I to stay last night and was such a gracious host. Carol is super sweet and we had such a great time and I thoroughly enjoyed their company and conversation. It was like I'd known them for years. I love that I have two new friends. Thank you Elliott for providing the opportunity for new positive experiences in my life!

I had heard that was the first song he sang in karaoke in Richmond.

I have to say one of my favorite songs Elliott sings is Little Ghetto Boy. I've loved that and ILYMTYEK since I heard the State Fair recordings. Listening to him sing that last night was so moving and emotional. Not that the rest of his songs weren't but he totally picks up where Hathaway left off.

I agree, a cd of covers (Hathaway, Wonder, Withers, etc...) would totally blow my socks off!

My son just shaved his off too - it's hot - sweat dripping down a beard is no fun - so every summer, the facial hair takes a break.

Thanks for the Radio Interview Link. He just keeps getting better and better. doesn't he? This version of WFYis so beautiful to me that I have been sitting at the computer just moved to tears- I feel like Paula Abdul. Elliott continues to amaze me and he has enriched my life in so many ways. My life and the world is a better place because of him.
