Anyway my sister works in radio and normally i dont pay attention to her job but i asked her about radio and how it works as far as request goes and she said the stations get calls for songs from out of state ppl and they mostly ignore those bc they arent their target audience. They pay more attention to people who are calling from their area.

SO in other words if you live in NY/NJ call YOUR local station and not a radio station in Cleveland.

Online voting is fine but for making requests over the phone make sure you call your station and what the heck call all day if you want!!
