I've been a lurker for awhile now, but I thought I would post some pictures.

I got down to the Roseland probably 1 1/2 hours early and got in line. There were not too many people yet, just the ones that probably got there really early to meet him. So I got in line and I was hoping that I would be close to the front. I didn't want to run to his bus because I figured there would be a lot of people there and I didn't want to lose my spot in line. I just hoped I could meet him after. So I say and listened to people who had met him many times, and hoped that I would get one chance as well. We could see Elliott one time inside the building walking by and of course everyone was excited. Finally the doors opened 5 or 10 minutes late.

I got inside and got front row! I was so excited because I have never gotten front row before and I was so glad that I finally did with this concert out of all the others. I loved the set up of the stage because it was small which made it more personable. It had a really cool club vibe. Some people hated it, but I loved it. Sorry if some the pictures that I post later are dark because it was dark in there, but I did try to lighten them. Anyway, two ladies from a local radiostation asked me if I would take pictures for them and send them to them, so of course I would! Anything to promote him. Josh Hoge opened for him. He sang probably 5 or 6 songs I think? He was awesome! I didn't know who he was before hand, but I was a fan afterward. He said he would stay after afterwards and sign autographs and meet people, which he did. He talked about many times that he has a man crush on Elliott and dedicated work that body to him haha. I think Josh comes on here so a little shout at to him...you're awesome!

When Josh was done Elliott's stage was being set up and of course everyone started chanting "Elliott" because they were taking forever to set up the stage. I was probably freaking out at this point of the show. When E finally came out everyone went crazy. It was an awesome thing to see. He looked so happy. I wont bore you with everything, but a few times people screamed out that he was "hot", and he turned around embarassed and smiled and said thank you...it was very cute! He refered to a "little show" he was on many times ,refering to idol, and of course everyone went crazy. He ended it and said good night, but of course everyone knew he was coming back out for a "A song for you". Everyone chanted "Elliott" until he came out. "A song for you" was breath taking of course.

After the show I went out and got Josh's autograph. I then booked it to Elliott's bus and stood there. Then one of his band mates came out and said he was signing inside. And of course once you leave the building you can't go back in. I was so upset, but when someone opened the door I ran inside (lol). The security guard said it was alright that we could go in. But I found out later that no one else could get in which was upseting. I got up to him and had him sign two pictures and take pictures. He is the sweetest thing! He stops and talks with people for ever which I think is awesome. Most artist you are in and out. I then walked out of the building and many fans who could not get back inside waited outside watching. I was mad that they would let them in. They were screaming for Elliott and the security guard got mad at the people outside, and Elliott got mad at the security guard for doing so.

Afterwards I went out to the buses to wait for my ride, and he came out there for the rest of the people after he had changed clothes. I thought that was awesome! Of course I waited till the end for everyone else to get pictures and asked for another one because I didn't know if the one had turned out from inside. He asked everyone if it was ok if he stayed behind the fence, and there were no objections. But then someone found a crack in the fence and asked if he would pose there, so he did.

It was an amazing concert, and he definetly didn't dissappoint.

awwwwwwwww thank you!! That recap was from Jon, the one I had wondered about if he made it there or not, and it brought tears to my eyes as I knew how much he had been waiting, and WANTING to see E live;) So glad he had such a magical experience, yet, there was never any doubt;)

I forgot to mention, Portland is so beautiful. I visited my brother out in Bend Oregon a few years ago around Thanksgiving and it's just beautiful.

Wow! Thanks for posting. I love your pictures and recap. I didn't notice Josh's tattoo on the lower part of his arm. I love that picture with Russell's hair. Of course, Elliott looks awesome.

Thank you so much for the pictures. They are wonderful!! I was there too, second row on the other side of the stage. Didn't bring my camera, though, but knew there'd be some great pictures.

I didn't get to stick around to meet Elliott. :no: Had to get home to the babysitter.

Needless to say, he was magic. I love, love, love his voice.

Just posted a horrible quality video, but I wanted everyone to see a little something from the show. I think you will all be able to see how much he connected with the music and how comfortable he was on stage....He was amazing!

Glad you came out of hiding ElliottRocks06 and shared your wonderful recap, pics and movies with us. That one of you and Elliott is so cute. Don't you just love that curl in his face? :)

Ha that gate was awesome! ha ha ha if you leaned hard enough on it it moved back alittle to give him some more room to poke his head through! I was totaly LOVIN the orange shirt!
