I think the show starts at 7 or 7:30. We want to be able to get in the front... :awe: ...what time do you think people will start getting there? Is anyone else going to this show?

For Portland I got there an hour before the doors opened. So I got there two hours early and got front row, but the crowd wasn't as big as other shows. So I would say it depends on the size.

For anyone who is thinking of taking pictures, I have one suggestion. The best place to be is on the side of the stage where Russell is, which is on the right as you face it.

Then your pictures of Elliott don't have his hand or the microphone stand in the way.

For me, I just wanted to soak it all in and take a couple of photos, but I know a lot of people like to shoot a lot.

I think that Elliott will open up his eyes a bit more if he knows a flash isn't going to go off all the time, and those baby blues are not to be missed.

San Diego kinda has a rep for being so laid back that everyone is always late to concerts (a reputation that I have found true on several occasions), so I don't imagine there will be a crowd very early. I would think an hour or two before doors open would be good, but I haven't been to an Elliott concert so I don't know for sure! Heck, I still don't know when I'll go! :P

make sure y'all recap. I'm hoping to catch the Anaheim show, maybe all you SD people can make the drive an hour and some change north for that??
