Title: What Kind Of Mp3 Player Do You Have?
Description: I'm thinking of buying one

I heard great things about iRiver but it seems like iPods have the lionshare in the mp3 player market.

What kind do you have and which do you recommend?

I have a mini 6gb ipod. I also use it to transfer files between computers, and with a tape adaptor i also use it to hear music in my car for many many hours. Its an awesome gadget to have!

How much does it cost and what is the battery life? How many songs does it hold?

Would you mind listing some pros as well as cons. Is this your first mp3 player?

I just have an iPod Shuffle. And I bought it just to listen to Elliott away from home! I may upgrade to something better down the road, but this is working great for now! :music:

I have an iPod mini, which I love. I'm guessing it holds around 900 songs (I have over 400 on mine, with about half the space still free). It has to be recharged after... oh, I don't know... maybe 6 hours of use? Something like that.

Oh, and I forgot to say, it was $250.

You can get the Shuffle for under 70 bucks.

I have a Dell DJ, it runs $250 including insurance and holds up to 20 GB, it's kind of big though...not too "girly" if that is what you were going for!

I have a 20 GB iPod, the color screen model that came out right before the current models. Unfortunately, my computer's hard drive is also 20 GB, so I can never fill it. :D I really need a new computer. :( Anyway, I adore it. I hate the earbuds, though, so I use clip-ons, and I buy new ones every month because they always die. The iPod ran around $300, but it was worth every penny and more. I have 1039 songs on it, some of which are sung by Elliott. :)

I have a pink ipod mini (the one that holds 1000 songs).. I really want a nano though. I don't think I could fill the bigger one!

If you don't have the money for an iPod, because they're pretty expensive, I can recommend iRiver and Sandisk.
