I'm posting this here because I think this is the best place for it. I found Veoh when looking for videos and tried it out. It is better than youtube in quality of the videos AND that people can actually download your videos from the site. Some people even put up very long files and you can watch 5 minutes on the website and download the full video in high quality. It would be great if people could upload concert videos to Veoh because it would allow people to download those videos on their own computers. If anyone took a full concert video the entire file could be uploaded.

Awesome! I will upload all my Birchmere videos on there and post a link when I'm done... most of my videos are too long to fit on YouTube or the size is too big.

Sweet! I'm pretty sure you can upload at least 45 minutes worth of video into one movie file. I would love to be able to watch an entire concert video. This site is very cool.

There is no file limit size and you can sign up for the Pro publisher for free.

I had posted about this site in another thread somewhere lost now I'm sure.
Thanks Lady for putting it out there.It is much better then YouTube BUT it takes forever to upload the video and then it takes them about a day for somoene to approve it for you to view . Just a little fyi
But it is a lot better then UTUBE because it alows the larger vides and they are a lot clearer.

Thanks so much LC. I've got this thing for high quality eye candy. I hate converting files and losing quality. There are so many wonderful clips out there that lose so much when converted to flv, and poor quality ones that look even worse (speaking of some of my own here lol).
I'll bookmark this site. I remember seeing a better one on Google too that's owned by them. Guess they aren't pushing it since they took over youtube.

Most video sites have limits on file size and don't offer downloads. Veoh has no limit and allows downloads...so it's a much better option than YouTube.
