Elliott's spins are wayyy down on my local station (92.3 the #1 hit station in RI). He usually gets played every 2 hours or so, but he's only gotten 2 spins all day. :no: They have a request page, if you're so inclined (in the city section, you can put Providence, Pawtucket, Warwick, Cumberland, Newport …)

I requested yesterday, will use my other account to request today.

I send in about one request a day to 92.3 (it's my local station too), but I think I'll request a bit more now. I haven't been listening to the radio much lately and I wasn't aware that 92.3 has been playing WFY less often. I called in a request once and the DJ seemed to really like the song.

Today I was switching between lots of stations and I was surprised that I didn't hear WFY once. Oh well, I'll just send in more requests!

Glad to hear that the 92 DJ had a positive reaction! I have a feeling that they cut back his airplay to see how people would react.

I've been switching between stations and not hearing him much either. I generally check 92.3, 98.5, 104.5, 107.1, and 107.9 (my radio presets are now programmed to only the "Elliott" stations, lol). I heard him on KISS 108 on the way home from work yesterday though.

I'm trying to keep requesting at stations throughout the US as much as possible (and when appropriate). I've found that texting is the best way for me.

LOL, my radio presets are all of those stations too! Plus 93.3 because I think they added WFY, and 105.1 because they play him a lot. Ever since WFY came out, I just switch around between those stations whenever I'm in the car. I've heard the song a lot, but not as much lately. Then again, I'm not spending as much time in the car these days. Good to know his spins have picked up now! :)
