Yes, based upon my conversations at z-100, All requests( even if it seems like they are ignoring us), are taken into consideration when they look at the big picture. So, if E doesn't make the countdown, either at noon or the 9@9, they Still pay attention to the numbers of requests. that's part of the reason that calls are better than the online votes, since they are specific to certain shows. At any rate, since E has been off the countdown, it does seem like he's getting more spins on z-100.
