At 1:45, I clicked on Now 93.1 and saw Bartender was in first place. I sent 8 text message (total cost .80) and Elliott won the spin five minutes later with 65% of the vote. The key is to text just the name of the song at 45 minutes after the hour. (I'm ashamed to say how many times I sent "Please play Wait for You" before I realized that didn't count in the vote.)

It only costs to text if you don't have a text plan included in your cell phone.
If you do, it's even cheaper. But that was .80 well spent for me.
