Does anyone see song similarities in Usher's 'Burn', Chris Brown's 'Say Goodbye' and Elliott's 'Wait for You'??? I think I may be the only one!

There probably is a similarity. Actually, there's kind of a formula for these types of songs- which I didn't realize until my son pointed it out to me. There's a song called "Title of the Song" - by DaVinci's Notebook which is a satire on the formula of such songs. This is an acapella group who put the formula into lyrics with the sound of this kind of ballad. Go with a sense of humor when you listen, but actually it fits Wait for You to a T.
