I honestly don't care for this show, but Cas Haley is really engaging. Here's some stuff on Cas:

He's my favorite. I hope he wins.

GypsyNFla - July 26, 2007 04:05 PM (GMT)
I hope so too.

Wahntchre - July 26, 2007 06:22 PM (GMT)
WOOO I love Cas!! :) I love his original music from his band, and he seems like a really likable guy.

AvivaDove - July 26, 2007 06:27 PM (GMT)
I love this guy. I put the link to his latest performance under this section, in music.

WeloveUElliott - July 26, 2007 07:59 PM (GMT)
Love him too! Hope he wins
I do like the puppet guy too he did a great job on Tues well the turtle/frog is just too cute!
Voting for Cas though!

AvivaDove - July 26, 2007 08:25 PM (GMT)
I fell in love with Cas, like I fell in love with Elliott and Paul Potts. All of my votes went to Cas.

I really like Butterscotch too. I don't like beatboxing much, but she's a very talented musician. Cas will get all of my votes. I hope he gets to build his family that house.

A recording contract from Simon Cowell isn't in the grand prize, but he signed last year's winner, Bianca Ryan and this year's Britain's Got Talent winner, Paul Potts.

I am so looking forward to a Cas Haley cd.

leefromva - July 26, 2007 09:07 PM (GMT)
Ive never voted for anyone on this show before but Cas seems so sincere and wants to win so badly for his family. He shows emotion and reminds me of someone else we all know. Seems very humble. I voted all I was allowed to for him and will continue to do so. Maybe we can be a small part of making his dream come true.

Wahntchre - July 27, 2007 07:58 PM (GMT)
I'm glad we all agree on Cas  He better win!!!!!!!

GypsyNFla - July 29, 2007 12:36 AM (GMT)
Glad some of you are digging Cas :)

Here's Cas and his band doing Living for The City:

I like the way he sorta dances (or more like grooves back and fourth) whenever he sings. :P He's really feeling the music. :rocker:

brwneydgirl - July 29, 2007 11:11 PM (GMT)
My faves are Cas, the young girl singer, and the ventriloquist...I LOVED the singing turtle he did. Oh my gosh, that was so clever.

Wahntchre - August 1, 2007 09:16 PM (GMT)
Cas sang the blues and I loved it  Piers is a butthead!

And I really like terry the vantriloquist also :) He's really talented and can entertain very easily.

AvivaDove - August 7, 2007 07:58 PM (GMT)
Cas Haley is another Elliott Yamin, Paul Potts, Bianca Ryan WOW! -standout talent with a heart of gold. He's already won in my eyes.

AvivaDove - August 7, 2007 08:07 PM (GMT)
I forgot to add Melinda to that list of WOW-standout reality talent show singers.

junker3 - August 8, 2007 01:32 AM (GMT)
I like um... Butterscotch. She's pretty talented singing with the beatboxing.

I love Cas, but i looked up www.myspace.com/terryfator That puppet guy is also a great country singer and an amazing impersonator. He does Michael Jackson, Elton John and bunch of others without the puppets. He sounds just like them all. Someday, I'd love to see him imitate Elliott! There's a video of Terry doing his act on the right on www.myspace.com/terryfator

I wonder if when Piers gave Terry a Garth Brooks song for his puppet if he knew that Terry already has that song in his act.

GypsyNFla - August 15, 2007 11:44 PM (GMT)
Aviva, I thought Terry was super last night. I couldn't believe how good he sang Garth. I'm going to go check out his myspace; thanks for the link.

I don't vote on this show, but I really like Cas. After last night, I'm also liking Terry.

brwneydgirl - August 20, 2007 09:20 AM (GMT)
I was very happy with the top 4 that was chosen. I love Cas Haley. He's so good, and he was my original favorite. I also love Julienne Irwin. Her version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow was beautiful. I was crying. I love LOVE the tone of her voice. She's got a great future ahead of her IMO. She's such a sweet, humble, and mature girl. Butterscotch is great. I just don't enjoy her as much as the others. I voted for Terry Fator!!!...he has blown me away with every single performance. His act never gets old. He's so multi-talented and entertaining. I love it. As much as I adore the other contestants, I had to give my votes to Terry. He's tremendous.

SoulMusicRocks - August 20, 2007 12:50 PM (GMT)
I changed my mind after last week. I hope Terry ends up winning. As you all have said, he is very talented as a singer, ventriloquist, and comic.

posttime - August 20, 2007 12:56 PM (GMT)
Here, here!! I definitely want him to win. He is so talented - unbelievable!!

AvivaDove - August 20, 2007 02:28 PM (GMT)
Only one will win a million dollars and the title. No doubt. all four have successful, Elliott type careers ahead of them.

I bet that Simon is mad that Cas and Butterscotch who are within the age limits of AI, didn't try out for AI6. They would have knocked Jordin and Blake and all but Melinda out of the competition.

movin2thabeet - August 22, 2007 03:24 AM (GMT)
Sean Kingston sure looked like he was lipsynching. I think that's pretty bad form for a talent show.

Sean Kingston sure looked like he was lipsynching. I think that's pretty bad form for a talent show.

Ok so you saw that too. I thought it was just me. He did look like he was lip synching
especially when the song started without him lol

AvivaDove - August 22, 2007 04:54 AM (GMT)
Sean was weird. It reminded me of Toni Braxton that time on Idol, singing with Taylor. Butterscotch would have been better off performing alone.

Overall, it was a very entertaining show. I don't like the Jerry Springer show, but he was fantastic hosting this show. I can hardly wait until next season.

brwneydgirl - August 22, 2007 06:13 AM (GMT)
Yay!!! I'm so happy for Terry! Wait a second...my favorite won! That's not allowed, is it? LOL

Congrats to all of the top 4! They're all so talented, and I didn't dislike any of them. They were talented and very likeable. :) I hope to see lots more of all of them.

GypsyNFla - August 22, 2007 12:07 PM (GMT)
I'm very happy for Terry, but in my heart I loved Cas. They are both great, and I'm glad to see that the best two were still standing.

AvivaDove - August 22, 2007 02:56 PM (GMT)
I love Cas. I'll be following his career. I'm sure with Lionel Richie as a fan and Simon Cowell watching, there will be a recording deal in his future.

I'm thrilled for Terry. They made his dream come true with his own show in Las Vegas. I think that means more to him than the million dollars. I can't imagine that there's anybody else in the world who can perfectly imitate so many performers through puppets. I hope he gets a recording contract too. He's an awesome country singer. His real singing voice is on his my space www.myspace.com/terryfator

It was also nice to see how last year's winner, Bianca Ryan is doing. She's a very talented, sweet girl. Her new single is on her myspace www.myspace.com/biancaryan She's a great role model for young people. I hope she stays that way and doesn't turn into a Kat or worse.

realitymom - August 22, 2007 05:00 PM (GMT)
I also loved all of the Top 4. Thrilled that Terry won!! I was shocked he actually won, figured it would be Cas or Butterscotch. Enjoyed the fianle too.

SoulMusicRocks - August 22, 2007 05:03 PM (GMT)
For once on a reality show, my favorites were the final 2! woooo Congrats to Cas and Terry!

auggiegirl - August 26, 2007 04:51 PM (GMT)
Oh, yes!!! My 2 fav's were the best!!
