Do you guys think you could help me get an amazing new band onto VH1's Top 20 Countdown? :)

They're called OneRepublic and they have a GORGEOUS new song out called "Apologize." I first heard it on So You Think You Can Dance when one of the couples did a routine to it, and then last night, the band performed it live on the show during the results show.

I did a little investigating and found out that a remixed version of the song can be found on Timbaland's current CD, but the band is releasing their own version of the single and their own CD in the fall.

I figured since we got Elliott to #1, maybe you guys could help me get OneRepublic onto the VH1 Top 20. :) Or maybe even call into your local stations and request it, for those of you who live in major markets. Just say you heard it on So You Think You Can Dance or YouTube. lol

So....all that to say...when voting for Elliott on VH1, could you guys please, please, pretty please write in "Apologize" by OneRepublic as a wild card. I'll love you foreve.r :awe:

I think I read that the lead vocalist/etc. of One Republic, Ryan Tedder, is working with Blake Lewis on the songs Blake's recording for his debut album.

I saw their performance last night - it's a good song!

I love that song. I bought it off of iTunes after I heard it on So You Think You Can Dance. :)

It was also one of the featured songs during one of the new episodes of The Hills on MTV. :blush: guilty pleasure. LOL. But, yeah, I love that song!
