Title: I Had Dinner With Elliott Last Night

LAST NIGHT I TOOK MY DAUGHTER OUT TO DINNER TO CELEBRATE HER FIRST REAL JOB POST-COLLEGE AND DURING DINNER ALL OF A SUDDEN I HEAR WFY PLAYING :awe: UP UNTIL THEN I HADN'T EVEN NOTICED ANY MUSIC PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND. I HAVE HEARD HIM SEVERAL TIMES NOW WHILE SHOPPING, BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME IN A RESTAURANT!! A VERY NICE SURPRISE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HEARD HIM IN A RESTAURANT YET?

So far I've heard him in a casino while I was having lunch (does that count? haha!) and the doctor's office. Both times had to stifle myself to keep from acting fanfirly. LOL :fangirly:

oh yeah! as soon as we got into LA and went to our favorite restaurant and sat down to eat we heard Wait for You! I was stoked!! they had KIIS-FM on! and i looked over at the owner and i was all excited and pointing to the speakers in the ceiling where Elliott's voice was emanating from! lol! i'm sure he thought i was crazy, but i was stoked!!!!!!!! :elliottelliott:

Hech yea, that counts. I just remembered something. the day the cd came out a bunch of us were at Virgin Records in the cityThey were doing a lot of promoting, since E was going to be there, signing cd's. We were all just hanging out in the coffee shop at the store, and every time they played Wfy, we ALL screamed(really loudly). It got to the point where the guy playing the music would announce "this is for all you Elliott fans here"
What a fun day!!!!!

BTW- WHEN I FINALLY GOT OVER MY EXCITEMENT I REALIZED THAT IT WAS NOT THE RADIO PLAYING BUT ONE OF THOSE ALL MUSIC TAPES THAT THEY MAKE UP OF ALL THE POPULAR MUSIC.:cheerleader1:
