I would cook this for E...

Eastern Mediterranean Pasta by me

Ingredients:

Spaghetti
Olives
Mozzarella shreds
fresh tomato
basil
oregano
worcestershire
chicken bouillion
black pepper
onion powder
red chili seeds
oil
water
wine

Prepare spaghetti so it is al dente...not too soft...biteable

Plate spaghetti with mozzarella and fresh tomato on top

Blend other ingredients into a delicious sauce (season to taste -- I don't use measurements)

pour sauce over pasta

top with mozzarella and tomato

Just a reminder or for the newbies--we fans put together a fundraiser cookbook for JDRF last October-"Something's Cooking with Elliott" with fan recipes and recipes from E's Mom Claudette too..We sold 'em to fans online and at E's big Richmond homecoming at the State Fair last year. I try to reprint and sell more from time to time but sales are slow..We raised a total of about $725 for JDRF and it is a pretty big cookbook with several sections--including diabetic-- tons of Elliott-pictures and tons of great recipes. (Contact me if anyone's interested....) I'm cooking EY-Fan's Moussaka tonight and Joplin's Zucchini and Tomato Casserole tomorrow, lol

Everyone should have a copy of this wonderful cookbook! Order some from AngELL and give as gifts.

I'm cooking strawberry shortcake for Elliott.....using Spenda instead of sugar.
