Who went to the PURPLE RAIN concert? Best concert I ever went to EVER, EVER, EVER! Living inSF Bay Area at the time, we didn't have tickets, so we dressed up in our best Wendy and Lisa garb, and looked for scalpers. Luckily, we found two middle-aged guys who were given the tickets, we bought them for 30 bucks each.I still can't believe how lucky we were!

I went to that concert, too at the Forum in LA. It was so good. I swear tears came to my eyes when he started singing "The Beautiful Ones." I was 16 at the time! Here are my favorite songs:

Is that originally a Prince song? (Hope I'm not showing my youth too much ).
I love the song "Satisfied" that he performed on the show. I saw him perform it at the NAACP Image Awards last year and I've loved it ever since.
Other than those: Nothing Compares 2 U, Kiss and Purple Rain.
