Just got my Ticktets for the Roxy show in Boston. But they spelled his name wrong on the ticket!!

How would they like it if we spelled Massachussetts with one S!!

I'm going to the Roxy too! I've never gone before, so we still have to figure out where we are going, but I'm looking forward to it. I've heard things about Elliott meeting his fans. Do you know anything about that?

I'll be there! We really should make plans to kinda all sit together or near one another GO ETRAIN. I live in Mass so I won't be staying over, my husband is driving so we will be fine, I can't wait. My high school 20 year reunion is the same night..I so perfer this don't ya think. Hee Hee, we must all keep in touch it is coming quick.

I'm not staying overnight, either, as I live only an hour away. But I'd love to get together with everybody beforehand....say, drinks and an early dinner somewhere?

We are driving up on Saturday morning, so not sure what time we will be arriving. I think we will probably take a subway or cab from our hotel to the venue. It's only 2 miles away, but I am told that parking is impossible near the venue.

I'll be there too. Wish there was a way to recognize other E-Trainers!! Can we all wear the same color or something??? There should be a Meet & Greet. I think he does it after every show.

Maybe it's too early to be talking about this. Some people probably aren't checking here yet to see what's up since it's not until Nov 24th. However, I think we should plan a get-together beforehand and people will know when they DO check in. What do you say, efan? Any ideas as to where?

I bought my ticket today. I am going alone and am nervous about going into Boston from Maine alone. I really want to see Elliott so it will be worth it. I don't plan on staying overnight and will probably drive to Portsmouth Nh and take Trailways bus from there. I believe they run fairly late but will have to check.

On ticket master I couldn't bring it up by Elliott Yamin but had to search by The Roxy and got it that way.

Timbidd, I'm pretty sure I am going alone, too. It's a tough weekend to get friends to come, since kids are home from college then, relatives are still visiting, etc. I am trying to get my son to accompany me, but I don't think I'm going to prevail. He's 24 and not an Elliott fan. But he is a "Mom" fan, so we'll see. Doubtful, though.

I will drive from biddeford Maine and take CJ Trailways from Portsmouth NH to South Station in Boston..

I will probably go early and meet up with people if Etrainers come up with a place to meet nearby. :grouphug:

my mom and I will be taking concord trailways busline from Bangor, Maine to Logan airport (about 4+ hrs)..then a taxi to the hotel, as neither of us dare attempt to drive in Boston. I pray the weather is good, and that the buslines actually run the Saturday and Sunday after Thanksgiving (actually going there tomorrow to find out). We could drive to Portland and take the bus from there, but we run the risk of there being a bad storm, which I guess if there was, we wouldn't make it anyway...ugh!! Pray for NICE WEATHER!!! Can't wait to meet all of you! xoxo

I looked online to try to find a place to meet that is close to the Roxy AND that serves food and drink early like we would need. Since the doors open at 6:00 (concert starting at 7), the tricky part is finding a place during those weird "too early for dinner, too late for lunch" type of place. I did find one called "Rock Bottom Brewery & Restaurant" on 115 Stuart St that is close. They seem to be open all day beginning at 11:00am. Online, it looks fine. I will investigate further.......stay tuned.

Yellin, I hope you and your mom can make it! I can't wait to meet you and all of you other Etrainers!!! Mosaint, looking forward to seeing you again, too! Please come. I know you'll be with your husband and someone else, but come anyway. :grouphug:

This may seem like a ridiculous question, but what time does the concert start? Elliott's myspace says 8, someone on these boards said 7 and my tickets say 6! Does anyone know for sure?

The Rock Bottom is right around the corner from the Roxy and is probably the best place to meet. (as Music Maker suggested) Let's decide on a time, and a name to put a table under. We can use my name, Jane. We def want to be at the roxy before 6, so we will be meeting pretty early. So how many do we have?? Can't wait!

I think my bus gets into south station around 3 and thing it is close by and I plan on meeting up with fellow etrainers. Does anyone know how lte concert usually lst. Last bus out is at 11:40. :elliottelliott: :etrain:
