Yesterday my local station finally played WFY!!
I have been calling and emailing them for 6 months.
I'm always polite and say please & thank you but no play =(
One DJ actually asked me if I was Elliott's mother? :rotfl:
I email them all the weekly stats of the charts & sales.
I heard WFY for the first time yesterday I screamed & turned up the radio so everyone could hear "my Elliott"
Then again today WFY was played. Some of my friends ran in my office yelling "your" Elliott is on!!
II just smiled for hours after, finally people in my town may understand why I love Elliott so much :elliottcap:

My local station is playing WFY about 3 times per day :cheerleader1:
I request it and about 10 min. later I here Elliott's swEEt voice. Makes my work day day so much better :awe:

Yeah my local station isn't playing it anymore, it used to play like seven times aday, but now you have to keep requesting in one dj shift until they yell at you then they play it.. thats what my friend did! She requested like 5 times in a hour, and the dj finally played it., but was a bit irritated.

I'm sorry your radio station is being so mean.
I am very careful about not requesting WFY to much. I rotate which DJ's are on.
I email them Elliott's standings on Tuesdays. I guess they finally saw I wasn't his only fan.
I also email them BIG THANK YOU'S when they do play Eliiott.
Hope your station will play him again.

This particular radio format just started playing WFY, so don't be discouraged. WFY had to make its way up the TOP 40 radio format chart before any radio format "crossover" was going to happen. And it finally did!! Yea!
