The Indy concert is a 9pm concert,
what time should we get there for our best chance to meet Elliott?

Well, the best time we had, was when Yellin and I got there at 3p.m. for a concert that E didn't sing until 9 p.m.ish! . We were about the only ones in the parking lot, when we discovered one more vehicle....Elliott's BUS!!!!
We met Scott, and shortly afterward, E came out of the bus,and we wouind up spending like over an hour, just hanging out talking with him, and taking dozens of pictures. Eventually more and more people showed up, but it was so casual, that we felt like we were all sitting around someone's living room or something.
