Anybody heading out to this show? I think it will be one of his smaller venues on the tour, and when I got my tix yesterday it wasn't sold out yet. I've been to other shows at the venue and the acoustics are so good there that performers often step away from the mic and sing a capella....can you imagine Elliot doing that in Knoxville? I'm new to this board and don't know any of you, but I wanted to spread the word about this show. Let me know if you're thinking about headin' to this show and maybe we can get some folks together for drinks before or something!

Too far away for me - but I hope some folks in the area see this and meet up with you. I love that he is including some small theatres on this tour - it's the BEST way to see him!

Hi and welcome.....you will love this board. I will be at the show Friday but can't make plans to meet before hand since I will be attending with my daughter and her friend, who are not dedicated fans like me so not asking anymore of them that they attend with me. But I did give my daughter Elliott's cd and they are both listening to it a lot this week and they are both starting to get excited about this concert so I expect them to be fans before Friday's evening end.

I wish I was going, but I think my husband would look at me like a grew 2 heads if I suggested driving 4 hours to see the show -- especially when we have tickets right in town for November.

Knoxville is too far for me, but I live just outside of Nashville, so I'll be seeing him at Rocketown on Oct. 26! :awe:
