I'll do the songs that aren't published elsewhere. I think these are correct for Very Merry Christmas, but I'm not sure about that 5 cents a song line. Maybe others have better ears.

By the way, I think you're right about the "5 cents" line. I think that may refer to one of the tactics adults sometimes use to try to get kids to sing in front of family and friends. Or, maybe that was just my family!
