We spotted Elliott's bus before the show and waited on the sidewalk for him to appear, quite a crowd formed. He is so gracious and warm, autographs and pictures for everyone. The man absolutely oozes charm....the ladies were almost swooning. I was lucky enough to get a personalized autograph and pictures.

If it was not a full house, it was very close. A very nice venue with good sound. All reserved seating. It was not well advertised so I was thrilled with the turnout. The crowd was VERY enthusiastic...especially when Elliott appeared. At times the noise was almost deafening.

Josh set was well received, funny guy. The young girl sitting behind me with her mother fell in love with Josh. He is quite the ladies man, I think.

Last Good Night was good too......my daughter and her friend attended with me and enjoyed him because they play Pictures of You at the gym they go to every day.

After the first 2 acts, the crowd was raring to see Elliott, massive cheering when he came out. Played his usual set list; Train Wreck, Spending the Night Together, Ghetto Boy, Moving On, Wait for You, One Word. He sings the heck out of One Word, it sounded great, no reason why this can't be another hit for Elliott. After they left the stage, no one got up to leave but they did get up to Yell ELLIOTT repeatedly along with foot stomping. Sure enough, he sang A Song For You, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. He is such a crowd pleaser.

At one point Elliott acknowledge some people in the crowd......Brother Scott, some cousins (I think) and some others I can't remember. And he announced that a person from American Idol (I'm not sure, but I think maybe a producer and maybe the name of Bob) and I was VERY curious about that since Knoxville is a little off the beaten path. Hoping they want him on the show again next year. If they just wanted to check out the reaction to his live show, it could not have been better.

Loved the show and some final tidbits:
....Elliott is completely at ease on the stage and so happy.
....Sway got a shout out from some people in the crowd which pleased Elliott and
thrilled Sway. Elliott walked over to Sway at that point and did the fist bump thing, Sway beamed. I had my picture taken with Sway, he was also gracious and very sweet. He is happy to be aboard. I told him he is getting positive feedback on the internet, made him very happy, I think.
....A little girl about six was out by the bus. Her mother told me she was a huge fan of Elliott but she was too shy to approach him. Elliott spotted her and asked her for a high five, the girl burst into tears, Elliott put his hands up to face and said 'Oh No" and felt bad. I imagine that when the girl thinks back on meeting Elliott face to face, she will be thrilled. He really connects with kids.
....Aaron is a hoot to watch, he really gets into it.
....My favorite songs were One Word and A Song for You. I believe this is a good thing since One Word is his next single.
....Elliott in person is not to be missed if you get the opportunity and he is even cuter in person, as many others have noted. Handsome man!

What a thrill it was for me and if you can, take some people with you who like Elliott but maybe are not true fans (like us etrainers). They will probably come out fans...my daughter and her friend did.

NomadsGirl, Not to worry. He announced at the end of his show that he would greet fans. I had already met him so didn't stay. The Knoxville fans seemed to love him so there was probably quite a crowd.

Great recap and thanks for sharing! Awwww, poor E prob felt bad he made the little one cry. I'm sure she was crying tears of emazement tho...poor thing. I felt like crying to, but I waited for the drive home for that.
