Does anyone by any chance have an extra copy or some place local is selling alot of copies?

I can't seem to find one after traveling to 15 places. I went to this "Bottle Shop" that selled mostly all the magazines in the US, 3x and they never had it, the man said that the business must be dead....

so can someone please help?

I found copies at Barnes and Noble bookstore and at Kroger grocery store. Check those.

A tenant of mine called me 2nite to tell me she saw a copy of Diabetes Forecast in her doctors waiting room. She said she thought about sneaking it out of the office for me :rotfl:

I called the Magazine website and ordered the Elliott issue. Cost $9 . (don't know what the issue alone cost) They sent me the wrong issue..so I had to ship it back. Still waiting on the Elliott issue. Grrr.

The ADA puts out the magazine. Maybe you could call a local chapter or the national headquarters and order from them? :grouphug:

They only had two copies at a local Mr. Paperback bookstore here in Bangor, Maine and the girl at the counter was like "You want TWO of these?" and I said "yeah, and if you had more, I would have bought those too..." lolllll;)

my sweetie-pie brother took it upon himself to order the subscription so he could get the free issue for me - amazingly enuf the free issue was the Elliott issue! my brother was going to cancel the subscription but decided he would keep it - he and two of his kids happen to be diabetic so the magazine will be of value to them!

I called a Barnes & Nobles store in Richmond and they had one copy. Got her to mail it to me. Of course I had to pay the shipping cost, but it was worth it to read about E. :cheerleader1:
