Well, I went to Elliott's show last night and it was really great! First, let me start off by saying that Elliott is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. What a sweet, genuine guy. He could not have been nicer when I met him and I am so glad I finally got to see him in concert!

Josh Hoge was the first opening act and he is really terrific. I didn't buy his cd, but am definitely going to find it online today and download it. His version of "Aint' No Sunshine" was great!

The next act was "The Last Good Night" and they were good as well. It might not be something I would listen to everyday, but they were enjoyable.

Then finally Elliott came out and what a voice!!!! I thought his stage presence and performance had improved so much and he moved around a lot across the stage. Now, his moving around is nothing compared to Taylor's! LOL Nobody can move around the stage like Taylor does, but Elliott really did a great job and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. His encore was "Song For You" and I am so thankful I got a video of it. It was just him and the keyboard and WOW! Amazing!

The only bad side to the night was that LiMBO didn't perform, but Elliott made sure to mention the guys several times and to thank them for playing his first solo show last year at the Virginia State Fair. He also mentioned how much he loved Workplay and how happy he was to be back in Birmingham.

Nice to have a video from a recent show after the worry over the Austin show. He sounded great to me. Nice also to see a Taylor fan giving kudos to our guy for a great performance.
