Basically a wash; AI slightly down. The weekend is here, and those can be cruel to many songs. 3 songs falling above him; one song hot on his tail. For TLG followers, their song will probably be out of top 40 by Tuesday.

Richmond is dropping him from power rotation, no? He's down 14 spins there. He'd have a pretty healthy bullet otherwise.

I dont think you can fault them too much. They've been spinning the heck out it.

It was inevitable. My only hope is that they drop him only partially each week so that it doesn't deflate the bullet too much.

He's GOT to get some of these stations to start real rotation soon.

I've noticed that just recently, on yes.com OW seems to be getting way more spins in the evening than it did before. I take that as a good sign!

Got passed by one song before the three ahead could drop. Next week is the big one for the song. Either it gets more play or slowly goes back down the chart. I'm not sure if anything goes recurrent today but it would be great if some songs did. :)

Ok. one song goes recurrent, so OW goes back to 48 later today. The songs below him will start gaining soon however, so he needs more spins.

I agree; next week is probably make or break. We need more daytime spins and stations. Soulja Boy is nearing recurrent, but I don't know how close. TLG and Britney will be put of the top 40 by Tuesday, in my view. We also have two songs hot on his tail. He actually could be stuck between 44-51 for a while!

KSAS Boise is holding the ball too. They have put the bullit back because of the spin count going up drastically.. just hope it keeps climbing on this station.

I always look at the big spinners . They can drop quickly and rule what the song will do. Increasing the spins or deceasing quickly and then the bullit goes negative. it will be a daily watch and can change either way.

and, if I may add:

Focus on those 30+ stations that have already played him, or have the song in rotation even if just overnight. PDs will tally how much response they are getting, and need to see an upward movement.

Continue to vote at XM and request those easy spins at Sirius.

IMO, Use the phone if you can FIRST, text next, on-line request forms, and then e-mail as your last option.

I'm hoping with the tour over tomorrow, Elliott does some more radio promo for OW. Other than the trip to Malaysia and some Xmas concerts, the schedule is pretty open. I also hope he performs some of the Xmas music off his album. That def deserves more promo as well.

Wonder if they're planning something with that duet he recorded of OW? I'm sure they've got something up their sleeves.

Salt Lake City KZHT is down to only 3 spins in this past week. They're coming very close to dropping him.

I thought this song was going to do very well in this market. I'm a little surprised it still hasn't take off there.

We have several Etrainers here in that area, but I haven't heard a peep from any of them about contacting the station.

Can we try to rally some support there? A small increase in phones this week could be very helpful.

This station was very helpful in launching WFY. We can't afford to lose them right now.

I'll stream and call if and when it seems "safe" ;-)

If we could just get these exisiting stations to give him 4-5 more spins a week right now, this song would probably be within top 40.

I know I'm not alone in thinking next week is crucial. If you want to see Elliott have a another top 40 hit, then please request at the stations of your choosing, especially those stations that are already spinning the song.

Requesting and voting continues...remember, if he could just pick up 4-5 spins at each station currently playing him, he would enter the top 40. Focus especially on thsoe stations losing ground, and in increasing calls each day to newer stations.

Wow. Richmond dropped him 27 spins this week. Could be more over the next few days. If not for that drop, he'd be at #46 now with a much better bullet.

Song lose some spins and slips down to 51. The big problem is that there are about five songs ready to pass it. Unless there's a master plan to push it, the condition today is serious.

The major problem 1)Richmond sharply reduced play -36 2) he's not getting played enough at the other stations (duh). It's still possible to recover though. Songs jump up and down alot at this place on the chart.

up, down, up, down...probably up tomorrow, the way things go around here with this song. We were actually getting great daytime spins yesterday, so I expected a modest jump.

Again, focus on those stations aleady playing the song; they need calls to move him into broader rotation. XM and Sirius are just a click away. Richmond has, of course, been great to the song; the-36 is a killer, though.

note that he is positive on most stations, with only a -1 on most if there has been a decline, except for Richmond. Time for Richmonders to request! LOL.
