Hey everyone,

I am a HUGE Elliott fan. I knew there was something special about this young man from the first time I saw him on Idol. I didn't know if I liked him a lot, but as the weeks went by he just grabbed my heart. Last night when it was announced that he was leaving, I just couldn't stop crying...I mean after seeing his return to home video and just everything, he has truly touched my life!!! I know this is not the end for him and not the end for the E-Train FOR SURE...He's such a humble, sweet, cute, and very talent young man and we are all so very lucky to have had the chance to see him shine on that stage and to have kept him in the compeition as much as we did.

Now my idea for the American Idols Live Tour is to have get togethers for EVERY SINGLE Concert on this tour for Elliott fans!!! I am also a HUGE Clay Aiken fan and all of us fans get together for his concerts and what not and I just think this is what Elliott fans need. We need to meet up with eachother, hang out and share our love for Elliott- not just online, BUT IN PERSON. I have been in charge of a get together before a concert and have helped out with many and I just know that we would all have soo much fun!!!!! It's a lot of hard work, but at the end it's so well worth it. If you agree this is a GREAT idea please post in here and maybe we can get a section made on this messageboard just for get togethers for the tour this summer, and start planning these fun events for the fans of the E-Train!!!!!

I'm going to the Sacramento and San Jose concerts and I would love to meet some DIE-HARD Elliott fans in person!!!!! :D

I have never been to the AI tour, this year I would love to go.
None of my friends are into AI so I would have to go alone, so yeah it would be great if we could get together.
Bad thing is I am near Nashville. Anyone else near Music City?

I've been to the American Idols concert for Season 2 and Season 4 and they are sooo much fun!!!!! If you think everyone was pretty good on the show, after seeing them in concert you'll wonder why they even got voted off each week. They improve SOOO much...and it's just a fun show.

Well that's why I want to get Elliott fans to unite and get to know eachother in person, because a lot of us don't really have anyone in person to talk about our love for Elliott and what not so this would be a fun way to meet other E-Train members...

My sister got tickets for her and I .... ROW 20 on the floor ;) Portland ,Oregon!!! SOOOOOOOOO excited.... never been to an Idol concert .... this is gonna be a great girl's night out... just me and my sis ;) GO ELLLLLIOTT!!

I went last year to Philadelphia, mainly to see Bo ;) ! I live in New Jersey and would love to go to Continental Arena but the date isn't good for me. So instead, I'm going to try to get tickets for Atlantic City. The presale seats that are left STINK!! so I'm going to try again Saturday when they actually go on sale.

If anyone from the Jersey Shore area knows of an actual ticketmaster I can go to, I'd appreciate that info!

Well I uploaded it from my computer...maybe your picture is too big and that's why it's not working? :unsure: I know for an avatar it's always supposed to be a certain size. I know for other messageboards I belong to there's been many times that I've wanted to put a certain picture as my avatar and it wouldn't allow me...so maybe it's the size of the picture you have...see if when you try to upload it that it mentions something like that? :)

It would be great to arrange get togethers! I plan on attending the show in Tampa with my niece and nephew. (She loved Bucky, he loved Mandisa, and it's quite apparent who I favored ;) )

I don't have tickets yet though...I'm using my concert goer tested and approved method of buying tickets the week of/the day of. It's never let me down, I always end up with fantastic seats.

Yeah, the last Kelly Clarkson concert I went to I had my tickets already (boy were they really bad seats too lol) and went to the box office just to see if by chance I could get better seats, and OMG they were really awesome to get them just about 20min. before the show lol... :D

BUT the only thing I would worry about is this show selling out? The more seasons of American Idol there is the more the concerts are getting more popular and sell out faster...so hopefully you'll be ok!!!!! :unsure:

I think this is a great idea. I mentioned in another thread that I think these pre-concert parties/get togethers (or even fundraisers) are a good way to get publicity and buzz for Elliott when he's in your neck of the woods. Show 'em Elliott has gobs o' fans and they SPEND MONEY! :P

I think this is a great idea. I read on the concert thread on fox.com that they were doing colors unofficially. Elliott's color is green. Not that we have to do that, but maybe have hats or something? Am I cheesy?
