What is 'Sounds Of The Season'? I assume a Christmas album but what's the story behind it.
Where can I hear the tracks?

I'm not sure if there is any site that has clips of all the songs because the CD is exclusive to Target. I'm pretty sure a few of the songs have been posted in youtube.

no, I don't think it is, yet because it is exclusive to Target stores this year. It will be available afterwards though, because Elliott will own the masters and do with it as he wishes. I believe he said he may expand it.
Sorry that you weren't here sooner as onlyforelliott had organized a Christmas project to send the CD to Elliott fans overseas. :(

Oh well that's easy....in my living room, dining room, bathroom, family room, bedroom, kitchen, laundry room,cellar, garage, my car, my office...just about anywhere!!!

SA, I don't think it's available in Australia because I had to send one to my cousin in Sydney. If you PM me your address, I can send you one in the mail right away...oh, wait, I have to check my Target to make sure it's available...it was sold out last week and was available again a few days ago...but after I bought more, there were 2 left!

Awww thanks for the offer but when I realised there was no way of getting it, I bought a copy from ebay.
I prefer to support the artist but sadly Target USA is too far for me. :thatsucks:

does anyone know what kind of "rights" Elliott has to the Christmas album? I think right now Target has complete control over it, but after the season is over I heard it's Elliott's to do with what he wants - but I don't know if that's exactly true. Just wondering if anyone has heard any specifics about the legal rights he will have.

I heard him say that he will own it and possibly expand it. He said that himself in an interview, but I don't remember which one...sorry...maybe someone else can remember.

My CD arrived just after Christmas was over so that's a bummer but I love it anyway.
I don't really like Christmas songs but these are more soulful and I love Elliott's voice so I'm enjoying it. :thumbsup:

I've been playing it a lot and it's not Xmas anymore.
It doesn't feel like a Xmas CD really. :grin:
