I arrived at the chat too late last night, but there were some random questions I wanted to ask:
1. Do you like The Temptations? If so, which is your favorite member? (mine is Eddie Kendricks!) lol
2. Are you a shower singer? lol
3. Do you consider yourself clumsy?
4. What is a song you could listen to over and over again?
5. What are your favorite movies? Do you often quote them at random times? lol

My question for Elliott would be why he does not post on his MySpace blog more often.
I really don't understand the silence. He was on tour, had 2 CDs out, a current single and a new single to promote, yet he rarely posted a blog. Actively communicating with 140,000 MySpace friends would have filled more seats and sold more CDs. Some of the posts on the blog were obviously not made by Elliott. I miss the days when he posted his own blogs.
Even my other favorite male singer, (who would rather have root canal followed by a tax audit than spend time with fans unless it cannot be avoided) sent a MySpace bulletin to wish us Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays.
Josh and TLG were on the same tour, yet they blogged at least once a week.
I just don't understand it. We vote for hours and listen to awful Top 40 radio and make requests because we want to help, but a 5 minute blog is too much? Of course, we do it because we want to and he does not owe us anything but still...

I agree with you, georgiafan1. Not because he owes us anything . . . but because its just plain good business. He can instantly reached over 100,000 of his biggest fans. Why he doesn't use this tool more often is beyond me.

One of his favorite movies is "Coming to America" and he does occasionally quote from the movie. He said of LiMBO on more than one occasion (while appearing on stage with them): "They play beautifully; don't you agree?" (or something to that effect).

I also agree 100% and would be my question to. He can seize the power of the internet to his musical advantage.
