Title: Billboard, 1/19 Edition

I saw a copy of Billboard today (1/19 edition with Janet Jackson on the cover).
When you go to the pages for the BB 200 (top albums), there are two pages of album listing. Three albums are highlighted in yellow, #1 Radiohead, #8 Juno Soundtrack (hot shot debut) and #32 Elliott Yamin - SOTS - Pace setter.
Next to Elliott's album is a picture of Elliott and the following quote - "You aren't seeing things. The Christmas album zooms 112% increase following post-holiday promos at Target."
Below that picture is a picture of KT Tunstall with the quote "Yamin's Christmas set isn't the only one to jump ahead on blow-out pricing. Then some info on other Xmas albums.)
The entire page has only four color pictures - Fergie, Sheryl Crow, Elliott and KT. It's so cool that I bought a copy.

Um, guess I'll be buying a copy of Billboard for the first time ever! It's great for Elliott to get a line and a picture!

Elliott's SOTS album certainly made a splash! A 112% zoom increase, wow!! And recognized in Billboard! Yay! Thanks for posting!

Fantastic! He's he "only Idol" or one of only a handful of Idols on an incresaing number of things -- like Now 25, the Jackson album, the Disney album, this mention, the Vibe year-end songs-that-matter list ... Looks like he's really building cred!
