5,000 fans and 5,000 nice people! Instead of a plaque, maybe someone could be convinced to replace the Sounds of the Seasons banner on Elliott's mySpace page with a banner about etrain fan support. (Actually, let's convince the powers that be to replace that banner with something more current.)

I'm new and this is a great place for all things Elliott. Lots of really nice people here too!! :grin: Speaking of buying E's CD again to boost his sales :yes:, I almost bought yet another CD today. I went to FYE to get Gilmore Girls 7th season for my sick daughter. FYE had 7 or 8 Elliott CD's in stock. They also had his CD displayed in these racks above the sections. It was $19.99.! Anyway, just had too look around and the other Idol CD's were not displayed (except Jordin Sparks) and the others were marked down.

About buying Elliott's album, JMO but as long as he's still selling at least a thousand a week, I say no. No need to artificially inflate his sales because he doesn't need it. IF the album starts to sell in the low hundreds and it looks like it might not hit that magic 500K number then people might want to consider it.
I think with the return of Idol and his IGB appearance, 500K shouldn't be a problem at all.

Tex, this isn't the first time this has been mentioned. It is a little dishearthening that number 5,000 won't actually be 5,000.

It's a real glitch in the program. As members are removed, the assigned numbers of all members should automatically change. Maybe you could ask the webmaster to find a solution (in time for 5,000?)

your member number is essentially determined by your application for membership. if you're member 5,606, that means you we're the 5,606th applicant for membership. this is permanent. the number of registered members only takes into account the ones whose memberships have been approved (or confirmed by those who applied), minus those who have been deleted.

consequently, this means there have been at least 600 spambots deleted off the member list.

How do you find out what your member number is?
