I was having a party that night, and when that kick missed, the house darn near exploded! Everyone ran outside screaming and jumping around like maniacs. They were shooting off fireworks, hooting and hollering. It was especially sweet, cause back then, the Giants trained in the town right next to me, so we knew a lot of them personally, cause we used to go to the practice sessions every day.

Pats fan here!! All of new england is going NUTS of course, and it would be so amazing to see them go an entire season without a loss! All of the supermarkets here in Maine look like huge superbowl parties, with every wing, sub, pizza, nacho, cake, party favors, and Patriots gear you can imagine. Even though I live in Pats country, The Redskins have always been my team since I was about 11...but everyone around me is routin' for the home team, so of course, I have some love for them too;) GL to both teams, and the only thing that would make it better, would be Elliott singing at half time!!!!

Thanks eyes2nkiss! I want to go to bed but there's too much adrenalin going thru me right now. Yellin, thanks for being a good sport. I would like to think that I would be if they had lost. I do feel bad for the Patriots to get that close to an unbeaten season...BUT not that bad. The girlfriend was probably bad luck..should have left her home. lol Wasn't the quarterback for one of the other teams dating Jessica Simpson and they said he would lose after he had been with her....or something to that effect.
