Oh, maybe. I know the XM thing states that the Radio Grammy Forum starts on the 8th, but E's myspace says today at 11am. (shrugs shoulders)

Has anyone been able to get the stream activated to view Backstage at the Grammys? Does anyone know what Microsoft Silverlight is? I can't download it to the computer I'm on now.

11:AM Elliott's time would be 2:PM eastern time.

I downloaded it and I have a live image of a couch as if for interviews. Someone just walked in front of the couch, but nothing happening yet. If I see anything pertinent, I'll update right away.

eta: there are two microphones laying on the couch. Someone else just waved at the camera as if to test to make sure it's working.

eta: okay, really funny....four people just came and sat down to rest w/drinks, bags, etc....they made them get up.

That's what I've been getting! I'm trying everything I can think of... but hopefully that just means they aren't streaming any video as of yet... anyone still seeing the couch? I never got that far?

I'm just getting a black screen. No error messages.

I got something , 2 ladies talking, with NO VOLUME ARGHHH. Nope there it goes now. I'm guessing they are having problems!

the one interviewer is totally disegarding the other interviewer. She is monopolizing the time and even her questions to the interviewees all draw attention to herself.

They just said Amy Winehouse couldn't get a visa to get to teh show.. hmmm, was she supposed to sing? any openings?

Linda... I know what you mean about the interviewer... this is kind of terrible lol. But still I listen.

I think I'm gonna turn the volume down at just keep checking in to SEE who is there!! LOL

Yeah, they did say they are going to have the videos up and edited of everyone they interview anyway. Can always check back later.

I can't be alone here. This is the first time we've seen him in weeks. He should have looked more polished.

I don't really like this image he seems to be cultivating, of just a regular shlumperish guy, it's not attractive. And I don't care for the shirt either, he looks better in darker colors and someone should be telling him that.

Sure he's cute, he's always cute and we couldn't care what he looks like, anyways. But new fans might.

Elliott was dressed appropriately for this event. He spent the day talking to radio stations. Look at the pictures and videos of the DJs, staff and the other musical artists and see how they were dressed.

Eye of the beholder. It's always raining somewhere.

Anyway.

As far as the sunglasses, they may have been prescription, Elliott may have had sensitive eyes or he may have been channeling the song "The Future's So Bright, I Gotta Wear Shades" recorded by Timbuk 3. B)

Maybe he was just being thoughtful and did not want to mesmerize the interviewers with his beautiful blue eyes. Elliott is so thoughtful.

Or those pics could have been taken outdoors. :)
