I was just listening to Mix 98.5 in Boston and they were interviewing people backstage at the Grammy's. The second I got in the car I heard, "we're live backstage at the Grammy's with Elliott Yamin". They just asked him a few questions on who he thuoght would win. I don't know what category, but he said "Justin Timberlake". He sounded good!!

I think that was the best interview ever, except when the interviewer was asking his drawn-out questions at the beginning.

The interviewer thought he asked Elliott a tricky question about the Kat wedding, but Elliott showed him how to answer! I'm sure Kat didn't invite him because she didn't want him stealing her thunder.

I just found a short YouTube video of Elliott being interviewed by a radio station yesterday. I guess Elliott spent the day yesterday giving interviews. I can't wait for more to turn up. Maybe we should all check the websites of our local radio stations.

LOL at Elliott's response re: Kat's wedding -- then he wisely steered the conversation to a new topic. Yeaaa, Elliott!! He's really media-savvy!!

I'm surprised she didn't invite him to the wedding as they both live in LA. But she didn't invite any of the Idol guys from her season. Anyway, he handled the question very well. It's a big plus that he has such a positive reputation among the djs.

Thanks for finding these interviews and posting them. Elliott works so hard all the time, and it's thrilling to hear that he is known as a great guy. We know that, but hearing it from people who can be less than kind a good deal of the time is wonderful.

It doesn't appear that he's on today. If you click of the pic with E on it, it takes you to another page. It is cool that he's using the pic of Elliott and himself to promote his show which is what it looks like he's doing. That pic of Elliott and him is from a while back, I've seen it before. :)

Now everyone, not just us E-Trainers,
are appreciating what a nice guy our boy is.

Did anyone notice that when he was asked what he was promoting now, he did not mention One Word, or any other single from the current album.

I hope that doesn't mean that is "all" from this album!! It has at least a couple more "single worthy" songs on it.
