(it's number 11- jusr scroll down, lots of other good performances if interested)

Thought E trainers might be interested in Usher's rendition of " A song for Tou" from Clive's 2008 party last night
So wish that it was Elliott singing! no comparison in my book...

I am an Usher fan........that was not even in the same league as Elliott.

Why did he not sing one line of the song? I think he tried to act like he was overcome with emotion, but he just couldn't reach the notes! You could tell he was straining to hit the higher notes. I was very uncomfortable watching it.

I'm not a big fan of Usher, although he has a great voice, but I must admit that Elliott sings this song 100% better. I don't think it would have been a big hit if Usher sang this.

i CAN'T FIND IT ON THE LINK, WENT TO YOUTUBE AND FOUND THIS ONE....

NOT FROM THIS YEAR, BUT IT'S SO MUCH dONNY'S VERSION, RIGHT DOWN TO THE PIANO RUNS. i LOVE dONNY'S, BUT NOT IN THE SAME WAY AS ELLIOTT'S. BOTH USHER AND DONNY;S VERSIONS ARE VERY "DARK" TO ME. . ON THE OTHER HAND, ELLIOTT'S IS MUCH MORE , I DON'T KNOW, "UP". nOT A VERY GOOD EXPLANATION, BUT WORDS ESCAPE ME. IT'S KIND OF LIKE WHEN ELLIOTT SINGS IT, IT'S LIKE AN ANTHEM, BUT WHEN dONNY AND USHER SING IT, IT'S KIND OF LIKE ALMOST DEPRESSING.
DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?
