Title: Elliott Was Well Represented At Hebrew School

We had a program called''Jews that Rock.'' When my kids heard about it in September, they ran to the Hebrew school principal and signed up to be Elliott.
My 4 and a half year old son wore a ''One Word'' type hat, vest, Star of David and a mustache and beard( eye liner). He chose though to sing ''Wait For You'' to the cd. He sang the entire song. Everybody swayed and sang along.
My 9 year old daughter wore her Elliott shirt from the concert, a short curly wig, Star of David and mustache and beard. She sang''One Word'' , pointing and all. She had a whole speech about Elliott and told it as Elliott. She thanked ''Y'all''. She was supposed to wear the hat and vest. Her brother was supposed to wear the wig, but he wanted the hat.
They both proudly mentioned that Elliott wore the Star in his ''Wait For You'' video. When we saw Elliott, so briefly in Delaware, telling him how proud we were of him wearing the Star of David was the only thing I remember saying to him.
Everybody at Hebrew school knew about Elliott.

I'm lucky that my kids are such big Elliott fans. My son wasn't even three yet when Elliott was on Idol. He watched. For months, he sang ''It Had To Be You''.
I'm not the only one on here with kids who are Elliott fans. Kids are drawn to him , like we are. I could easily see him being a guest on Sesame Street or some kids' show.
My daughter is still talking about how in Delaware, she nervously told Elliott that he was her favorite singer. He high fived her. That meant alot to a kid. She says he's her ''Idol''.
I'd like to hear everybody else's stories about your kids and Elliott.

Thanks for sharing that. Elliott is a good role model and seems to love kids. It is so great to be able to say, "He is Jewish too. Being Jewish is cool."

That would be cool. I'd also like to see him guest star on one of the Disney shows that incorporates some kind of performance or focus on music in just about every episode (e.g., Hannah Montana, Cory In The House, etc.). Considering the fact that Radio Disney plays WFY and Elliott is featured on at least two Disney CDs (I think), I believe it would be a neat idea.
