Here’s my recap of a day I will not forget. First, my darling and wonderful husband arranged for me to sit in a brief that Elliott was schedule to attend. I must admit I was a bit embarrassed since I was the only crazy fan in the room but I didn’t care – it was my chance to see him up close. The briefing went well. He was funny and very humble. I got to meet him, get a cd signed and give him a little gift so he can always remember his stay in Germany. I told him I would be wearing my Etrain shirt at the show and he said he had heard that there was an Etrainer in Stuttgart (thanks, Brandon). Then it was off to the show. I arrived an hour and half early. I thought I was going to be the only one there but NO – about twenty people beat me there and they were all excited about seeing him. As the time near, the crowd got pretty rowdy. As we made our way in, I discovered I wasn’t the only one with a sign. There were about 10 signs (which made me happy for Elliott). The show kicked off with him singing – “Alright”. That got the crowd going and everyone was singing, yelling and going crazy. People were yelling “Elliott, we love you and Elliott, you are awesome”. Being so gracious, he would yell back “I love you, more”. It was totally sweet. Everyone was singing with him especially his hit single “Wait for You”. He sang about 11 songs and closed with “Song for You”. Our local USO presented him with some plaque. Didn’t hear much about it because by this time, I was racing to get in line for the meet and greet. I was like a little kid again, pushing my way to get there first. Thanks to a friend – I knew where they were setting him up so I made it number 4 in line but got to be first when things got a little unorganized. I had my Etrain shirt so when he saw me he was all smiles and said “that’s really cool”. To be honest, I can’t remember what else was said – I was in such a daze. I got my Christmas CD and a flyer signed plus managed to snap some more pictures. It was AMAZING! I still can’t believe I met my American Idol. He is as sweet as everyone said and a great performer. My whole day was wonderful. I’m extremely grateful to my husband, the USO and my 3 year old son who put up with his mami going crazy at a concert. I took a ton of pictures but haven’t edited all of them. So, here’s a few plus a video clip (thanks for the help - hope it works). Sorry, the pictures are big - don't know how to make them smaller.

Thank you for a wonderful recap and great pictures!! I loved the part about "being a child again and rushing to get in line" haha I can SO identify with that. LOL
