There is some pretty good responses to the article as well. I think last night he was the most confident on stage then he's ever been the whole season and he might have picked up more fans with his performances. He is going all the way up.

It's not so much the looks but the sex appeal, his face, his jawline, his eyes, his moves. Elliott seemed so confident, more so than any of the others.

Yes, actually the responses to the article impressed me more than the article itself .

PEOPLE of all ages, genders, all walks of life want music by Elliott Yamin - he appeals to the masses and will most certainly be the best seller of the AI season , maybe all 5 seasons .

And isn't it amazing that a few weeks ago it was hard to find a positive article about Elliott and now all of a sudden , everyone in the media says he is the fairhaired boy - what a shame they didn't hype him like they should have all this time . Too many average , casual viewers think anything in print is gospel. :(

Oh, yes have been saying this too - he is the handsomest guy on the stage and some people look at me like they think I am joking ! They must be blind not to see it - personally, I am not a bit attracted to Ace , Chris or Taylor's looks .

Elliott has the most masculine look of all - his chin , his cheekbones , those smolderingly beautiful , gorgeous , hypnotizing, captivating blue eyes just knock me off my feet. :)

I love the way he poses on the red carpet...no matter what kind of outfit he has on...he strikes some perfect "super model" pose. Sort of like he is having fun with it and not taking it TOO seriously.

True, but you know what? If there had been a plethora of positive articles, he very well may have won. While that may have been what we (and he) wanted initially, I'm so glad he didn't. I think the opportunities on the horizon for Elliott are going to be FAR AND AWAY better than anything he would've been strapped to with Clive. What happened and how it has unfolded thus far couldn't be any better (save for the fact that we get actual word of a contract!).

I'm glad everyone can see Elliott's star power.....he truly is going to be great in the music industry!

And yes, Elliott is soooo handsome, and a hottie! I have to say, I think all the guys looked great...but Elliott is a superstar and he definitely stood out! I love this guy....

And yes, I think Elliott is very attractive and I'm still dumbfounded that some people can't see that. He has the whole package - the amazing voice, charming personality and the sex appeal. If that doesn't spell commerical potential, I don't know what does.

I don't understand about the transformation that has been written about regarding ELLIOTT's look. I thought he was handsome and a cutie-pie all the way back to the start of the season. The difference seems to be the longer hair, the goatee, and more confidence. These things have only enhanced what was already there. :yes:

That's true, he has always been handsome. I think it's mostly his new confidence on and off the stage that makes him sexier now. Okay...I suppose the longer hair and goatee didn't hurt either. ^_^

Hello, a new member here. Just want to agree w/you all. Elliott reminds me a little of Bruce Springsteen...don't know.. but both seem to have that very undefinable sensual appeal.

Hi! I'm new to the board but have been an Elliott fan for a long time. A few weeks ago, I was pimping for him, making CDs and giving them to friends. The morning after he was eliminated, I must have had half a dozen people approach me at work to ask if I was okay (I was)!

I've been posting mostly on the AOL boards and yaminions but in my desperation for MORE Elliott, I decided to come visit your neighborhood.

I downloaded some photos the other night (I think from yaminions, don't know where they originated) that were taken on May 23 outside the Kodak Theater. Elliott looks GREAT... in a couple of pics, I was even getting this Brad Pitt vibe. He's confident and sexy. And he seemed to be really enjoying himself while performing during the finale... dancing, etc. and looking so great!!

I'm one of the people who responded to the E! article. Elliott has a very broad, very strong appeal and I think a lot of people are STILL underestimating how big he's going to be. He has it all -- God-given talent, the knowledge of how best to use it, a great look and a beautiful soul.

I've posted this somewhere before, but I never saw E as unattractive. Maybe I was hypnotized/mesmerized by his voice, but he always looked fine to me. Yeah, I noticed his teeth weren't perfect, but I was like "who cares?" And he is definately a "hottie"...if he wasn't with WW, was a few inches taller (sorry, I consider myself almost "amazonish" :( ), I would seriously try to get the hook up! HAHA! (sorry if this is embarrasing to read E or WW! :P ) He is definately commercial in my book!

I agree! Elliott is incredibly handsome. Chris needs some hair but is still hot, Bucky & Taylor are cute, but Ace is too much of a "pretty boy" IMO. :yes:

I finally figured out what the difference is for me - its more than the hair growth and clothes in his increase of attractiveness - its the emotional growth of confidence and believing in himself that is coming through now too - its like we watched him in a "boy" energy that transformed into "man" (and what a man) energy. I think that's a lot of it for me.

Elliott was adorable wh ile on the stage with Mary J...even though she sang over him...I had to strain my ears to hear him but I watched him whenever the camera had him within range.....He was soooo animated......I loved it! He's going places...to big places!
