This is probably not the place to post this but, Ace is getting ready to appear on the CBS morning show "Virginia This Morning "any moment now. If there are any Richmond peeps near a TV, you might want to tune in.

Too bad, I can't see this. Ace Young is Class A human being. I hope he gets alot of Viriginia love.

He sang his new single "Addicted" which is coming out within a week. His first album comes out June 3rd. The video for the single is being edited now. He wrote 7 of the 11 songs and worked with Desmond Child on the whole album. Diane Warren wrote one of the songs. The album is a cross between Rock and R&B.

He said he has remained friends with many of the idols from his season. He was here for Elliott's mom's service which was "beautiful" and he thanked Richmond for handling it so well.

He also said Simon was a good friend now. That's about it. I thought he sang "Addicted" well. He did say the acoustic version is very different from the album version.

Thanks for all those details!! What a nice guy and I wish him the best with his CD. I think he has worked very long and hard for it.

Does anyone know a way to get in touch with Ace to tell him how much it meant and how much we think of him for making the effort to come to this service? He's obviously got a lot going on right now - and he just dropped everything to do this - he needs to know we think he's the bomb!

Ace is on AI Extra tonight. It was pre-taped. J.D. Roberto brought Season 5 as being loaded with talent and named of names but didn't mention Elliott. Ace went "and Elliott Yamin". You go boy.

Guys I understand what you're trying to do but I'm going to give you my feeling on this. That was personal between Elliott and Ace and I really don't think it needs fan base invovlement. JMO.

I don't have strong feelings about this one way or the other, but I see your point HW. Quite frankly, you made me have an "aha moment" there - I have totally forgotten from time to time that we are a fanbase because we have become such a family of caring supportive people. It was good to remember that we would be perceived as ETrain and not just individuals wanting to thank a good guy.

Well, I think it's wonderful these gals want to go and see Ace. If I was close by, I would probably go too. He's a doll and would love the support. He has always gave Elliott props and supported him, why not give him some love too? It's not like they're going only to say thanks for supporting Elliott. Although, if that were only the case, their hearts are in the right place anyways and what's so bad about that? JMO
