HI Y'all, I understand "Idol Gives Back" will be split in 2 parts? Part 1 will air on Tuesday April 9TH and part 2 will air Wednesday April 10, 2008? I heard Elliott will be on "Idol Gives Back", but I wonder if Elliott will still be on "Idol Gives Back"? If Elliott is still on "Idol Gives Back" will he perform and what song will he perform? I do hope Elliott is still on "Idol Gives Back" and performs! What do you think? "Idol Gives Back" is a great charity so Elliott should be on "Idol Gives Back"! You know how much Elliott likes to do charitys! Elliott does have "Idol Gives Back" on his Mypace Schedule! I guess we will need to tune in and watch "Idol Gives Back" to see is Elliott is on "Idol Gives Back" and performs? :1word: :elliottelliott: :elliottcap2: :chloe: 4 LIFE!!!

I'm pretty sure that Elliott will only be on Wednesday's show. I don't think anyone is really certain if it will be more footage from Angola or if he will actually be performing. It will be great to see him, whatever happens!!
Tuesdays' show is for the current contestants performances and Thursday is elimination night.

Did you guys catch the AI judges on Larry King tonight ? I have not seen any threads yet ...Elliott "opened" the show and made several more appearances :elliottelliott:

Alright, alright, let's get one thing straight here! For one, you're just :toocute: and funny! The other thing. I recall (while I've still got it!) is. Tuesday IS April 8th, Wednesday IS April 9th, and Thursday IS April 10th!!! Since I keep missing this ALL TOO IMPORTANT ELLIOTT STUFF on TV, I'm watching it ALL!!! Whatever IT TAKES!!! HE, by the way, SHOULD BE ON ALL OF AI GIVES BACK!!! SINCE HE'S DONE THE GREATE$ST GIVING BACK!!!

All the judges plus Randy were on Larry King Live tonight talking about IGB.
They showed the footage of Elliott and Fantasia in Africa I think about 2 or 3 times to introduce each segment. No one commented upon it but it was cool to see.

OK, so I watched just by chance, and they discussed IGB and the current idols...so the first half was of more interest to us...right after Larry King and AI announcements, what is the very next screen ? our Elliott , from Angola, when he was doing the arm bend with the kids..he looked just ...luminous..and shiny....then they discussed the IGB show, they did not mentionn Elliott as part of the performers, but again , it was not an exhaustive list...and they showed about 2 more brief clips from Angola , some of them with Fantasia 's background singing of Amazing Grace, but showing Elliott with the kids...so basically they used just footage already shown, nothing new, no other idols, etc....just a mention, in the end, there was again a slight to Taylor, and also Kat, judge for yourself...they were asked who will win this year....and Randy said that every year the best singer won...Simon did not agreee and mentioned Season 5....Taylor Hicks..and Randy than ...and who was teh runner up ?..and it was left unspoken, what i unerstood was that fromteh last two the best singer won...anyway, I was very satisfied of howmuch they showed elliott, it's obvious that they're aware of the impact their segment had...

thanks so much for the details!! I only saw about the last 15-20 minutes, so I had no idea they showed Elliott!!! This is great!

Thanks for the heads-up. I would have missed the show again. I missed it the first time but it airs again several more times.
Can't wait to see the Elliott clips on Larry King's show.

I think that having clips of Elliott was great on Larry King. Even though he was not mentioned I thought it was good to see Elliott again . Showing Elliott as the nice guy again is great . I love it!!

HI Y'all, As I was watching the American Idol host and Judges on Larry King lastnight and I learned that the Regular show will air on April 8, "Idol Gives Back" on April 9 for 2 1/2 hrs. then April 10 will be The Result Show. Sorry for the mistakes! Everyone looked great on Larry King lastnight! Last year "Idol Gives Back" raised 76-77 million dollars thats great!
