I just got a text from a very excited Elliott Yamin!!!!

He wanted me to let you all know to be sure turn in to American Idol's Results show this Wed April 16th !!!! He will be performing.

This literally just got confirmed with in the last 1/2 hr.

OMG! It's confirmed: AI utterly loves our E! For that, thanks AI, you really made up for the lack of exposure during the IGB show. Of course, this is much better because the spotlight would be on him, alone. Yay!

Mariah and Elliott will not be doing a duet, just a clarification. They will both be performing separately.

And I love the fact the AI has kept Elliott close.....I feel they are truly are trying to help him and realize what a great asset he is to the show. To me, Elliott has always been what AI should be about. Undiscovered incredible talent who end up be stars!

I wonder what E will sing? RL? Something from his current album? Something from his sophomore album, perhaps?

OMG!!! I missed Idol tonight, and then I'm on Myspace and I see a bulletin about this, and I think OMG, I'm so out of the loop in my Elliott news!! This is amazing, and it's just been confirmed??? Wow! I have to watch the show tomorrow night, I can't wait to hear his amazing voice on the big screen once more. I missed IGB too...geez, what's up with me??

I would love to see Elliott and Kat performing Real Love in the show sometime in the future. It would do wonders I think for radio airplay.
