OK, this would be my perfect scenario for Elliott's appearance tonight:

1. AI would show the water treatment clip from his Angola trip.

2. Elliott would sing "Free".

3. Ryan would offer condolences for his loss of Claudette and to congratulate him on his Gold CD and Gold single.

Of course the night would be beyond perfect if Jason's safe and sent to the couch early.

Nah, they could skip or rush through the eliminations for this. Or skip Mariah and let E do 2 songs. I'd be all for it.

We have Hillary and Barack debating in Philly from 8-10 . I'd rather see Elliott live than those two. I'll tape them to watch after Idol.

Speaking of TV, boosts and such, here's a tidbit I forgot earlier today. Bucky and Elliott Yamin share so many mutual fans, and if you're among them, tune into American Idol tonight--Elliott will be treating us all to a song. (What song? That still seems to be a mystery, but it's bound to be good. Will Bucky grace the Idol stage sometime this season? Hmmmm...)
