We are tweaking the board a bit. You may find some of your favorite forums moved around some, and then some more. Hope you can endure, while we make the etrain an even better place to visit.

I noticed some of the changes last night. I would like to say thank you itslate for all the work you have done to gather all the audio and video files and organize them in one location. I really appreciate it!!

I love your new section of Multimedia. I was having fun listening and watching many of his songs in there. Maybe it has been around for a long time but I just found it. Thanks.

It's been around Kitty... just all over the place :). It was a group idea to pull it all together. Thanks goes to Brandon and Sk8888 and the other mods.

It was a good move bringing Media,inc. the great comic strips, up to the forefront. I'm having fun re-discovering some of the videos I've seen and finding some new ones that I haven't seen yet.....just a few though since I haven't missed TOO much when it comes to Elliott!
Looking forward to what other changes are in store...thanks to all the mods
involved for their efforts.

You may be doing this already, but I'd like to suggest that the number of subforums in each of the main forums be greatly reduced. It's hard to separate the Man from the Music from In Elliott's Honor. The same is true with concert pictures and concert recaps and even concert planning. And the one which really confused me the most was American Idol.

American Idol Forum under construction. Please take note that the AI contestant forum is no longer a subforum, but has now been joined with the general forum American Idol.

Pinned are the threads from Jason, David C and David A. Of course if you'd like to start another thread for the other idols... feel free to do so, and it will be pinned. These being active at the moment.

We're moving some of the official Elliott sites to The Man.

This is also where we will post information on any of the philanthropic topics, such as JDRF Walks, appearances and galas.

We've got some maintenance going on in background.

I'm hearing from a lot of you that you are getting a network timeout error.

I am too. It's very frustrating, but we do not think it has anything to do with our maintenance.

We'll try to keep everyone posted if we find out what the cause is.

We're going to have a trial run on disabling embedded quotes. Embedded quotes being quotes within quotes within quotes etc. You will still be able to quote someone, but only the last quote will show.

This is only a trial. If anyone finds any problems with this please post complaints here.

Well let's see what happens :).

That's the way David-Cook.org works. It only quotes that last person when you reply. I like it.
