Elliott gave me the best birthday present the day I turned 16. I saw him perform live and I got the chance to talk to him...even for just a minute or less. Now that it's Elliott's birthday, I don't think I could give him something that would make him as happy as he made me on my day but I decided to do a little something that hopefully could at least put a smile on his face (if he sees it, and I'm really hoping that he will).

I did this for two straight days. It's a portrait of Elliott made of text...from the smallest detail to the biggest. Before I started doing this, I was thinking if I would use the lyrics of Elliott's songs for the portrait, but I realized that it might not be enough to cover the whole picture so I decided to include the members of the etrain in this portrait. I tried my best to include all 5000+ members of the etrain, but unfortunately, there just wasn't much space. I've included about 2000 members (the most active are the ones who were included). If you have the time and if you would want to look for your username on the picture, just send me a PM and I could send you a PDF version so you can zoom in. :)

omgosh, that is beauuuuutifl! All the thought and effort that you put into it shows. I sure hope Elliott gets to see this and know how much he is loved!!!

chloe, you can open the file using Acrobat Reader and then you can zoom into the picture by clicking that little + button on the toolbar. :)

I would also like to add a WOW!!! That is amazing...I have never seen anything done like that before. What an awesome gesture to Elliott. I am certain someone will get a copy to him. I too would LOVE a copy of the pdf file as my eyes just aren't as good as they used to be...LOL!!!

Though not as good as getting the PDF file, if you want to try to find your name in the image posted above, you can try this:

Right click on an empty spot on your destop.
Left Click on Properties in the pop-up window.
Left click on the Settings tab.
About 2/3 down and on the left of the new pop-up windows is Resolution. Write down or remember the current setting so that you can restore it when you finish and then move the slider to 800 x 600, click on OK, and everything will be larger. When you're through repeat the above procedure to restore your settings.

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL. YOU DID A GREAT JOB AND I AM SURE ELLIOTT WOULD LOVE IT.

you can also use this feature in your tool bar if you have it. Click on 200% or whatever you chose. Then when you are done, just click 100% again.
