Title: More Applause For The Mods

When we started we had (virtually) no rules, a welcome change from the other place.
And it was nice to see everyone behave like adults, with occasional overindulgences.
But, what's really nice is the mods explain and converse with us when things needed to be toned down in some of the threads. Not just a big ole "poof".
And they participate on the boards just like all of us, so they aren't these big meanies hiding in the dark.
They treat the posters with respect and in turn I see the posters treating them with respect, even when threads are closed or changed.
Now isn't this all just so nice. :D
